I've looked through a lot of websites, but this forum seems to be one of the only active discussion places for wild players.
I'd like to get into wild and have some idea of what decks are popular. If anyone could make suggestions on viable decks that are similar to standard lists, that would be amazing. I currently use a variation of zoo with leeroy, but I'd love to get some more opinions. Of course, I'm willing to craft boom or loatheb for some decks.
Depending on what rank you want to stay while building your eternal collection, I would start with deathrattle hunter and aggro shaman, both are realiable in low ranks (11 or so below).
The biggest problem is that naxxramas was removed from being purchasable even with gold, so you're in an up hill to get very relevant cards, many of the naxx cards are relevant for wild, so start saving dust, BUT at the same start unlocking and opening black rock mountain wich, albeit had a lesser impact in eternal (wild) you just don't want to spend 1600 dust in crafting a ragnaros.
it takes you roughly 36 booster packs (3.6k gold) to open a whole adventure, while it takes you 16 packs to make a single legendary, and each room will have a legendary, you will need aprox. 1/3 of all the cards in an adventure and the rest become dust. So, all in all, is better to save your gold to open the adventures than wasting them in the newest expansion. (honestly, coming from a third world country as I'm spending money in the pre-release promo of WotoG was almost enough to jump into the standard meta so I doubt people in more developed countries can't afford buying it with real money and then craft what they didn't get with the daily quests).

Why would you want to play a tier 1 standard deck in wild? I don't see the point... Doesn't zoo work for you in standard?
Maybe because the wild zoo deck is more interesting to play with better cards.
Honestly, you can't really prepare for wild. But as you play Zoo I suggest teching in Nerubian Egg, on of the strongest cards for zoo in wild.
