Hello! By my understanding, a deck needs to cost 1600 or less dust in total to be considered a budget deck on Hearthpwn. This is fine, but it causes budget decks that include "free" cards like S1np-Sn4p and the Galakronds to be factored into deck cost, making any deck built with them to be no longer considered budget despite the majority of the player base already having the card. I understand that some players won't, and thus the deck won't be as budget for them - but it can usually be assumed that most players looking for budget decks would have them. Therefore, I would like to suggest that free cards like the ones mentioned above be considered 0 dust - either until the upcoming rotation or as soon as the next expansion launches.
