Entombing Tirion Fordring is the best! I wouldn't change that for anything else! Opponent concedes at full health :'D
played against a priest with my secret paly . he Mind Visioned my tirion . (i cant remember how ...)he duplicate it in his hand . he played both of them . i removed both of them and grounded him to zero health without playing my own tirion :) so..
So? Well done! (he must have duplicated him with Museum Curator)
Isn't discover effect class-restricted? I think he rather pulled it earlier with Thoughtsteal
Back on topic then. As much as I might respect or not general Noxious' opinions, I have to agree that Entomb is really a control meta blocker. Indeed this card has close to none value vs aggro decks(that's why so many bots don't see further issue), good vs midrange decks, but vs control matchup it's very strong. Not only it removes threat in a manner close to Polymorph(even without leaving 1/1 body on board) but it also expands your deck by 1 card, which in case of fatigue war might be a deciding factor. Anyway, it's just sad to look at Recycle and compare it with this card, which is doing everything better for the same cost.
If it would ever get a nerf, I suppose it could cost 7 mana. It would still be great vs Control Matchup, still terrible vs aggro matchup, would be definitely worse vs midrange and bots/people playing most popular classes would be less salty about their Savannah Highmane and Mysterious Challenger taken on Turn 6.
Oh yeah! I forgot about that specification.
As for the nerf having it at 7-mana sounds okay but giving it (as it is) to Rogue would be more legit. Rogues would get a good hard counter and it's easier to kill them than priests due to the non-healing cards.

'There is nothing more deceptive than an obvious fact'
My biggest grief against this card is how direly Rogue would need removal to finally be control-viable, and how well it would have suited them thematically ( I mean, bouncing basically is a rogue keyword - Sap, Kidnapper, Vanish, and putting things in decks also is with Gang Up and Ambush), but it went to priest instead ( Who seriously didn't need removal ; SWs on top of all the stealing effect was already more than most classes can do ), and is the most massive counter to their control deck's win condition in a control mirror, Anub'Arak, not only denying it as any silence or polymorph would do, but also turning it against you so that this fatigue war death-star actually kills YOU instead of your opponent.
If Blizzard ever said "F*ck you, rogues" it was at the moment this card was given to priest.
This. Way to screw Rogues over yet again, Blizzard. As i Priests didn't have enough removal or card steals...
Thank you!
I get the whole priest stealing due to mind control tricks but wtf does Entomb has to do with it? You're last sentence says it all...

You have a board with 3 strong minions and your opponent plays Sylvanas to try and counter it. If he doesn't concede after entombing his sylvanas, then he's a really hopeful person.
