Can we bump King Krush to Tier 1 ? Kathrena Winterwisp is Tier 1 thanks to Recruit Hunter where King Krush is a staple, and he's a classic legendary so he's a safer craft than Kathrena.
I see Master Oakheart is Tier 1 because of Taunt Druid, but Hadronox is Tier 3 despite being mandatory for Taunt Druid unlike Oakheart ? Shouldn't they be on the same Tier List ?
I think Hagatha the Witch should be in Tier 2, she's more solid in Even Shaman than Kalimos, and can be put in any Shaman deck unlike Kalimos. Plus, against slow decks she's your win condition.
Both are super good in control locks. I'd recommend Godfrey first since he's an amazing board clear in a meta with aggro paladins going rampant. Rin is less important in this meta, but she's your win condition against another control matchup. I wouldn't craft them golden IMO, but that's because I'd rather have many non golden cards rather than a few golden ones, but if you like them golden, do it ;)
So, I have enough dust for a legendary prior to the Witchwood which I pre-ordered, so I want to craft one last card between those :
-Spiritsinger Umbra The only card I miss for Cubelock along with Tal'daram, and the most useful one I think if more good deathrattle are printed in the future.
-Elise the Trailblazer : She appears in many control lists, and she would be fine in my decks.
-Zola the Gorgon : It seems she has the potential to copy strong minions.
-Sonya Shadowdancer : If Quest Rogue becomes relevant again with the Echo mechanism, she would be insane in it right ?
Val'anyr : Is it good enough for Aggro Paladin decks, or can you completely skip it ?
Kalimos, Primal Lord : Elemental Shaman seems fun to me even though it isn't super strong, but I also miss Grumble, so is it worth it ?
I think Shadowreaper Anduin should be demoted to Tier 2, Razakus is no longer a thing, and the most popular Priest decks (Inner Fire, Spiteful) don't run him. Still very good for Control and Big Priest, but not as necessary as before.
In this case go with the Skull since you have everything else for Cubelock. Keleseth will get soft nerfed with the Neutral package's nerf, so it won't be as good as now IMO.
Moorabi is safe dust. Benedictus is also safe dust if you don't care about meme decks. Valanar is decent in some decks but not irreplaceable. Hadronox has some potential in the future but as of now it isn't a big loss.
Who's more versatile/usable in more decks besides Big decks? Ragnaros the Firelord or Ysera? I don't know which one to craft
I have tried some big priesr with Ysera, but not having taunt hurts her a lot. If you like Wild, Ragnaros the Firelord is the better card, and he is a great topcurve for midrange decks as well.
But don't you think she's better considering all the new dragons shown in the new expansion?
Ysera is a good value card, but Dragon Priest is more of a tempo deck than a control one. There are better Dragons out there for the deck, and Ysera is better for a Big Deck or a slow control one IMO.

Small typo found : You put Kalimos, Primal Lord in the Kobolds section when he's actually from Un'Goro

Unless you care about Golden cards, just dez it. At worst if its good you can recraft him with your dust.

Leeroy Jenkins first. He's classic and always handy as a finisher.
Tarim next. He's good in any Paladin deck now.
If you don't care about Standard, craft Y'Shaarj next, otherwise craft Frost Lich.
