I was trying to update my card collection in here but I can't find the cards from these 3 factions. Am I missing something? Tried with the Inkeeper, no luck either. Thanks in advance.

They are there, just are just only appearing under the first class that owns them. Well try to get them moved to the neaturl tab, but this is purley a cosmetic issues. they will still be calculated correctly.

I keep manually updating my collection and it randomly isn't saving some cards. Pretty sure at this point my collection info on here is completely wrong.
