Savjz and Kibler have a lot of insightfull commentary and play nice and different decks
Someone who got me really in the game with original decks is wowhobbs, but he is not the best player out there. His deck are fun and the ambiance in his video's is more suited to the more casual playing player.
Danehearth or Dane is I think my most favorite hearthstone youtuber at the moment, combining fun decks with a more tactical approach, so the best of both worlds in my opinion.
Kripparian is one person id recommend if anyone. Hes hella good at the game and has been playing ever since beta. He mostly makes arena vids but hes making a lot more ranked/meta vids. If u wanna learn about Hearthstone Kripp is a great person to start watching.
kiwiNbacon is pretty good, he does deck showcases and live streams occasionally. He also explains why he plays what most of the time. I wouldn't recommend kripp, he lives in a salt mine.
Newer player, but I do know the basics. Any recommendations on good youtubers out there to learn more?
Savjz is my favorite streamer, but if you want to learn, your best bet is Trump.
savjz kolento kripp trump thjis regiskillbin reynad amaz firebat are my favorites

Brian Kibler is way to go as a person that has a lot of experience with such type of games

Brian Kibler and Kolento. But if you also want to become a much better arena player, watch Kripparrian.
