So, I know there's been a lot of discussion about Imp Gang Boss and Swipe (or other aoe cards). I know Blizzard is looking into it, but something happened in a game I was playing that just left me confused.
I was playing a token Druid deck against a Dragon Paladin. I had a handful of minions on the board and played Soul of the Forest. Next turn he plays Consecration and it kills my creatures AND the Treant that would have been created. It also killed my Dragon Egg, the Treant it should have created and the Black Whelp as well. I didn't have a full board of minions either.
Is this a bug or a feature?
Admittedly, it is the first time I've had this happen to me (never had this combo of cards when someone played Consecration), but it doesn't make sense at all. Should be: Consecration deals it's damage. Damage happens. Deathrattles and other effects happen. Right?
This definitely doesn't sound right. Consecration should destroy your minions and then trigger their deathrattles leaving behind the Treant tokens.
If you're sure this is exactly what happened and no other cards were involved that could have caused this effect (double Consecration, for example) then try posting it as a bug report on the official forms.

Am I missing something?
Anyone else experience this?

Thanks for the suggestion. Will do.
