Its time for another puzzle! Today you guys are playing as the priest Anduin. After a long battle against a mage opponent, you have drawn the last card in your deck. This is your last chance to win the game, and you drew exactly the card that you needed.
But today's puzzle is a little tricky! I'm not going to reveal the last card you drew, you have to figure out what card can help you win the game. Please keep in mind all the deckbuilding rules: you can only have priest or neutral cards in your deck, you can only have 2 copies of a normal card, and 1 copy of legendary cards.
Also, depending on how the rules actually work, the solution that I have in mind might not have a 100% chance of winning. So if you come to a solution that has 90% or greater chance of winning, that's good enough.
This one was a bit of card searching, so it took a while though i had a few ideas on what kind of card it must be
First off, i knew it either had to be a minion with charge, a battlecry to increase hp, or a passive ability to do some effect that could help me out. I came up with two solutions, one which is nearly guaranteed to work and one that is just for fun and only has a chance of working ( I think the second one is more interesting!)
Solution one:
1. The remaining card is Lorewalker Cho ( This seemed obvious with Jaina having no cards in hand, and us holding Mind Vision, though it confused me a while to get the mana cost to work, until i thought of shadow of madness on the apprentice instead of the shieldbearer!)
2. Use Shadow Madness on the Sorcerer's Apprentice to take control of it for the passive. 6/10 mana remains
3. Cast Power Word: Shield on the Angry Chicken, buffing it to 1/4, and using no mana. (Thanks Apprentice!)
4. Summon Lorewalker Cho, then cast Divine Spirit on the Chicken, buffing it to 1/8, giving Jaina a copy, and using one mana, thus 5/10 mana remains
5. Use Mind Vision to steal that copy for free ( Thanks again Apprentice! Free cards!)
6. Cast the two Divine Spirits in hand on the chicken, buffing it to 1/16 and then 1/32, using two mana. You now only have 3/10 mana!
7. Cast Inner Fire for 2 mana on the chicken, buffing its attack to 32, just enough to kill Jaina... but first, use the two 2/2 minions to kill the Shieldbearer.
8. Use that very angry Angry Chicken to hit Jaina for 32, downing her in one hit! ( 1 mana remains after all these summons and castings)
Solution Two:
1. The remaining card is... Tinkmaster Overspark.
2. Use Shadow Madness on the apprentice (6/10 mana)
3. Summon Tinkmaster Overspark for 1 mana due to the Pint Sized Summoner, and use his battlecry on the 1/1 Chicken. For this solution to work, assume the battlecry turns it into a 5/5 Devilsuar
4. Cast PW:S on the Devilsuar, making it 5/8 (5/10 mana still)
5. Cast double Divine Spirit for two mana on the Devilsuar, buffing it to 5/16 then 5/32 ( 3 mana)
6. Cast Inner Fire on the Devilsuar, buffing it to 32/32 ( 1 mana)
7. Attack the Shieldbearer with the two 2/2's, killing it and freeing the 32/32 Devilsuar to one shot Jaina!
The second solution can only work with good RNG on the devilsuar transformation, as I said before, but it still could work. Since the battlecry transforms a minion instead of summoning a new one, it would not suffer summoning sickness and therefore *should* be able to attack that turn. Let me know if that is not the case, would be appreciated!
4) cast Divine Spirit on Chicken (5 mana left / 1/8) Jaina gets Divine Spirit
5) cast Mind Vision (free) Copy Divine Spirit
6) cast Divine Spirit twice on Chicken (3mana left / 1/32)
7) cast Inner Fire on Chicken (1 mana left / 32/32)
8) 2/2s attack taunt
9) Chicken deals 32 dmg to Jaina killing her.
here's my solution nice puzzle idd :D
angelcrest I came up with the same one as you. Not sure why Rorix said it wouldn't be 100%, interested to see what his solution was. Also, the only flaw I see is I'm not sure when we cast mind vision if it makes a copy of that first THEN picks a card or does it before :S
4) cast Divine Spirit on Chicken (5 mana left / 1/8) Jaina gets Divine Spirit
5) cast Mind Vision (free) Copy Divine Spirit
6) cast Divine Spirit twice on Chicken (3mana left / 1/32)
7) cast Inner Fire on Chicken (1 mana left / 32/32)
8) 2/2s attack taunt
9) Chicken deals 32 dmg to Jaina killing her.

Wouldn't really matter if it made a copy of Mind Vision first, because then if you'd be unlucky as to get the Mind Vision from casting Mind Vision you could just recast it over and over again until you are finally lucky enough to get that other card.
Put my reply in spoiler because it might give away a small part of the solution.
Hahaha good point!! Funnily enough if you were 50% unlucky, each time you get the wrong one it gets worse and worse to the point where you have like no chance hahaha (maybe this is what the author was talking about)
Okay I probably missed something, but here's my solution before I read all the spoilers:
Final card is PWS
Steal Sorc Apprentice with Shadow Madness (6 mana) attack shield bearer with Apprentice and Summoner Cast two free PWS on Chicken - Chicken is now 1/7 Divine Spirit x2 on Chicken - Chicken is now 1/28 (4 mana left) Inner Fire on Chicken (28/28) Attack for the win
For my part this one wasn't too tough after browsing the cards list on the site. 100% win chance here, and could have done it with opponent at 27hp+6 armor instead of 26+6 :)
Here's my solution:
1- Play Shadow Madness on Sorcerer’s apprentice (6 mana left)
2- Play STORMWIND KNIGHT (2/5 Charge) (last card drawn) (4 mana left, thanks to pink-sized summoner))
3- Play PW :S, Divine Spirit, Divine Spirit and Inner Fire on Stormwind Knight (all spells cost 1 less thanks to sorcerer’s apprentice : 0 mana left): Knight is now 32/32 with CHARGE!
4- Attack with Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Pint-Sized Summoner to kill Shieldbearer
5- Attack with Stormwind Knight for 32 dmg to win the game (Chicken didn’t even get to play!)
The lesson of this puzzle is that Stormwind Knight is an incredible card in a Priest deck! Good thing that those knights are there to protect their little Prince J
To answer the question as to why Rorix mentioned a solution not being 100%, here's my explanation:
I think he thought of the Lorewalker Cho solution. Now assuming that Mind Vision gets copied in opponent's hand before you pick a random card, you have 50% chance to pick Mind Vision instead of the desired Divine Spirit.
Now you can keep casting free Mind Visions over and over again, but assuming you get really, really unlucky, your turn timer could run out before you managed to pick Divine Spirit and finish the opponent off.
That would be why he mentioned his solution having over 90% chance of giving a win, although that percentage will vary according to your speed at playing.
If you have time for 2 mind visions, the chance to get Divine Spirit is 75%; 3 mind visions is 87,5%; 4 mind visions is 93,75%, etc.
Taking into account the animations when you play the cards, some lag and the time to think up a strat, it's entirely possible that the turn timer could run out before you have a chance to finish him off.
What you're forgetting is Lorewalker Cho would still be in play and any further Mind Visions will increase the opponents hand until she reaches 10 cards 1 of which would be Divine Spirit. From there on everytime you cast Mind Vision you will have 10% chance of getting Divine Spirit. Theoretically you can, not get it till your time runs out.
Indeed, I misread the card and thought you took a random card from the opponent's hand (following the news and forums, but I don't know the cards well). That makes it even more plausible then that you could get unlucky and never get the card you wanted until you ran out of time.

awsome puzzle dude :D lets see what how many different cards will that last one be :D
Let me change your mind
Solution:
Last card is Power Word: Shield.
Dark Command the enemy 2/2.
Plow both your 2/2's into the 0/4.
PW: Shield x2, then Divine Spirit x2 on the chicken, gives you a 1/28 chicken.
Cast Inner Fire.
Attack for 28.
OMG DIDN'T SEE THE ARMOR
Last card is Lorewalker Cho
1) Shadow Madness on Aprrentice (6 mana left)
2) cast PW:S on Chicken (free / 1/4)
3) play Lorewalker Cho (free)
4) cast Divine Spirit on Chicken (5 mana left / 1/8) Jaina gets Divine Spirit
5) cast Mind Vision (free) Copy Divine Spirit
6) cast Divine Spirit twice on Chicken (3mana left / 1/32)
7) cast Inner Fire on Chicken (1 mana left / 32/32)
8) 2/2s attack taunt
9) Chicken deals 32 dmg to Jaina killing her.
here's my solution nice puzzle idd :D

Thewhatnow that's a very nice solution :D
Let me change your mind
you should change the name Inner "vision" was a dead giveaway for me.
not a solution under this spoiler

Bah I know squash about priest cards. Gonna have to think this one a bit.
This one got me beat.

Steal Sorc Apprentice with Shadow Madness (6 mana)
attack shield bearer with Apprentice and Summoner
Cast two free PWS on Chicken - Chicken is now 1/7
Divine Spirit x2 on Chicken - Chicken is now 1/28 (4 mana left)
Inner Fire on Chicken (28/28)
Attack for the win
Another fun puzzle, thanks!
GSharp, this does not contain a solution but is something you should see:
Jaina has 6 armor on, putting her total "health" at 32, rather than 26. The 28/28 Chicken therefore is not strong enough to kill her.
Another fun puzzle, thank you Rorix!
