blizz doesn't want to make too many hard-to-aquire card backs. It discourages new players and brings down blizz's revenue (all they care about)
This is a not a valid reason imo for Blizzard to not make card back when they just came out with an impossible to get card back (TeSpa) Purchasable (Dreanor) and Time sensitive involvement/purchasable (Blizzcon). Compared to Legendary and heroic Naxx 12 wins arena is not as hard or time consuming, 60 wins is hard and time consuming probably more than Legend however Blizz needs to realize its not all about New Players, those of who have capped and don't stream need a new reason to play and some more goals, or it just gets boring and repetitive which is their reasoning for not adding adventure quests.
Furthermore, seriously total of 3 Challenging card backs is not a lot.

To go with these two thoughts; the OPs ideas could be reduced to... - Get to level 50 with the Warrior class. - Get to level 50 with the Shaman class. - Get to level 50 with the Rogue class. - Get to level 50 with the Paladin class. - Get to level 50 with the Hunter class. - Get to level 50 with the Druid class. - Get to level 50 with the Warlock class. - Get to level 50 with the Mage class. - Get to level 50 with the Priest class. - Obtain a "Champion" arena key or better (8-Wins)
All requirements are lower then what was previously suggested so people are more inclined to reach them. In Arena, it bypasses the 7-win breakeven point so it encourages another go in arena. Getting an award for reaching the far may allow the player to feel good about themselves in a specific mode, and encourage more play in that specific game mode. (I picked 8 because it's the first win-count that can be awarded a random legendary) For levels, by the time a player reaches 50, they should be on the road to 500 wins in Ranked, so it may aid in the choice to continue the grind.
Furthermore, I seperated the classes so you can get 9 different card backs from grinding. This allows people to grind for a class they like (In case someone doesn't like a class' playstyle, or they don't have the cards to make a competitive deck) and also allows for 9 class-based card backs, to show off your class pride.
I love having card backs as another thing to collect, except for TeSPA.. but we shant speak of that.
Do you guys have some card back ideas?
Arena Master card back - get 12 wins in Arena
Rule them all card back - Level all classes to 60
They don't have to be a reward for reaching rank 20 or Legend, they can be expanded!
If you're happy and you know it... well that's good :)
I like hose two ideas for card backs. Well Thought.

Current decks: Handlock, Ramp Druid, Control Warrior. My goal: 12 arena wins, beat all da Hunterz. Longtime magic player.
I thought about that, but that'S why as a community we can think of some good ones that satisfy both us and Blizzard :D
I think the two I have are very reasonable, as one just takes time, while the other just takes skill.

Yeah there should be a 12 win arena card back so you could let the haters know that you're king xD
"Can I help you, sir?" -Jeeves
I'd be most excited about the Arena card back as currently there's no visual reward to let others know you're the best haha

There should be an 0-3 Arena back as well, that you have to use in Arena until you get back into the 7+ column :P
