Any answer other than yes on this thread is absurd.
If you have the full classic set and buy 40 classic packs for 49.99 you’ll end up with about 4500 dust, give or take. So that’s 2 legendaries and couple other cards. You’re getting probably half the adventure set for double the price if you go the crafting route.
Adventures are mostly fun to play, it’s fun and satisfying unlocking cards, and so many of them are super fun and relevant in wild.
I did the same thing as you, started just before Witchwood. Since then I’ve bought them all. I’ve regretted some purchases in Hearthstone, but never the adventures, not even for a second.
No brainer.
Have a blast and hopefully you get to enjoy the frustration and excitement of beating heroic (the card backs are pretty neat, but really Naxx and LoE are the only cool-looking ones imo).
