hes only getting 40g quests apparently. no they are not bugged

Sadly happens all the time. You just got unlucky. I once got about ten 40 quests in a row. At least soon, you can't do worse than 50 anymore.

funny you mention this problem because i've been having the exact same issue on my NA account. lol, I try re-rolling a 40g quest and it just vanishes and a new one doesn't appear, then i come out of my quest logs, go back in and the same 40g quest I just tried re-rolling comes back, been doing it for a while now on that account.
