Everyone responding seems to make their own decks, same here but I assume very few other than me go with such weird decks.
I play with between 2 and 4 gimmicks per deck on a regular basis. I am never content to say, well I made my own spin on jade druid with some odd choices, I like to say I played a deck that nobody has ever played seriously and I got to a skill level with it that means I could reach legend if I cared. Because I always try to make a deck that is good, even if the premise is insane. Sometimes more successfully than others.
I don't generally play too fast but I don't like getting bogged down in every turn, but I do rope from thought when I play combo decks.
My biggest weakness is that all my decks win by the skin off their teeth when they win, and I switch decks so often that I am constantly losing from a really weird interaction that I could have played with. Like when you have to forelands portal ping yourself at ten health to win, because the enemy only has 2 damage and up and you fatigue for one next turn whether or not he breaks your block. I have had three scenarios just like that this week and I missed two of them that I know of because I was not used the deck yet.
I am a Midrange guy, all day long. I don't feel at home with any other play style (especially not combo decks).
Most played class by far is Hunter. Used to play a lot of Druid and Rogue, and more recently Priest. Least played are Warlock and Warrior.
I like games that are decided on the board, not fatigue games or spells/weapons to the face.
My decks are generally based on a popular archetype, but not strictly net decks - I ran (run, in Wild) Mass Dispel in my Dragon Priest deck, and currently run Hungry Crab in my Mid Hunter deck.
Biggest weakness: Playing cards too soon to try to maintain board advantage
I am more of a collector than player. I love gathering all the cards. As a result I play a ton of arena, a lot more than constructed, so I can get those rewards.
My preferred style is tempo, slower than aggro, faster than midrange, bug on curving out and using spot removal to steadily go face. I look for opportunities to flip board control, which is essential in arena. Cards like fire elemental are my bread and butter, combining removal with dropping a threat. The sacrifice is lower synergy potential. So, I'm not as aggressive as face SMORC players, but I have to be fast and keep the pressure on. I also look for ways to burst down my opponent after I run out of steam.
My favorite class in arena is rouge. In constructed it's shaman. Least favorite in both is druid. My all time favorite card is probably Doomhammer, but there are many other worthy canidates. Elemental Shaman is my current favorite in Un Goro standard meta.
I'm a player who spends far more time analyzing or watching games of Hearthstone than actually playing, but when I do play I'll jam just about whatever suits my fancy. Netdecks or homebrew, aggro to control, tryhard climbing or just playing something because I enjoy it even if it loses; what's most important to me is that whatever I'm doing I'm learning or testing something. I wouldn't consider myself bad at the game, but I make enough dumb mistakes in a play session that I won't claim I've hit the skill ceiling or anything.
Best rank was rank 4 for 1 or 2 seasons when I made a serious run, but I really just keep finding things I'd rather do than climb to Legend or IRL stuff gets in the way. Part of me is immensely bothered by a lack of the Legend card back though so in the next few months I'll probably just buckle down. Eventually I'd like to compete in tournaments, even if the HCT points don't do me any good.
Rogue and Priest are golden for me because they're high-synergy classes that have a lot of variance in their draws, and for some reason I love that. Right now I'm playing Token Druid, because it's a high synergy deck that has a lot of variance in its draws. I might be kind of a masochist that way.

... in other words, how would you describe your play style, your best & worst playing characteristics, etc.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- very intuitive, spontaneous, impulsive, instinctive player
- usually play very fast, not taking longer than at most 20secs per turn, if not necessary
- i like to play unusual decks/selfmade decks -> i like to surprise my opponents
- i don't miss lethal, skilled in mathematics/probability calculations and acting accordingly
- my favorite deck archetypes are control+combo
- favorite classes: priest, warrior, rogue
- biggest cons: playing too fast, trading too much, most often try to keep board control at all costs
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
i'm curious about how you would describe yourself as a player
All aggro, all the time.
Deal as much damage as I can, as fast as I can.

First thing is I consider myself a better sportsman than 75% of the community, always emote a hello, and a well played, don't rope or BM people.
I play control primarily, a little bit of midrange.
All of my decks are homebrew. I consider deck crafting to be half the game, and therefore netdecking is cheating.
Favorite classes: Warrior, Priest, Paladin, Shaman
Biggest weakness: Sometimes miss lethal or proper play order because I play high.
Good. That is all.
I Love playing high I feel pretty good but i always notice my mistakes afterward which feelsbadman

edit: favorite classes are paladin and rogue.
Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
I usually just go for the play that will 50% win me the game or 50% lose the game for the memes.
