Hunter, hands down, got the best cards. I say that in the context of the class, not necessarily the general power level of the cards. Hunter was the worst class of the Year of the Kraken, and since Karazhan hasn't had an even remotely viable deck, so to have nearly an entire expansion geared entirely towards them is pretty empowering. Plenty of beasts, and their class cards are some of the best they've ever gotten, especially keeping in mind previous cards. They also lose very little from the rotation (Quick Shot is probably one of their few cards that saw regular play, though Bear Trap is an unfortunate loss as well).
Keeping that in mind, Warlock only has one viable deck, currently: Renolock. Reno is rotating out, along with many of the cards played in Renolock. Zoo is long dead, and the cards they're getting to fill the vacuum are... underwhelming. Discardlock is not exactly an exciting deck, and I don't think the cards they're getting are enough to support it either. Aggro decks will just rush them down, and they don't get the quest out fast enough to beat out control decks either. So Warlock got the worst cards of the set. It's easy to say that Rogues got worse cards, but Rogues have a very strong classic set, and even without Conceal, they can probably make Miracle Rogue work. Their quest, while not great, is still better than the Warlock quest, and for Rogues is easier to complete, with a better reward.
I definitely agree that Hunter received the most powerful class cards, but I am more conflicted on the which class got the worst ones. I think they all received at least some powerful tools to build decks around or improve on existing decks.
But I think I'll go with Rogue because its new cards seem to only improve the already existing and boring (imo) miracle Rogue while Warlock's cards should completely reinvent discardlock. Not to mention the Rogue legendaries seem like crap. But as we have seen before, Rogue doesn't need much to be powerful, so I might be surprised.
As for Shaman, I think the new murloc and elemental archetypes for it have potential. We'll have to wait and see.

Shaman got the worst because Shaman's new cards are extremely awful and have anti synergy with pretty much the entire last year of cards.
Hunter probably got the best cards of the set as a whole, although Rogues get Hallucination, which is the single best card of the set.
