Looking at the new set, the druid C'thun cards look good (amber weaver and dark arakkoa), but im not really sure which class would be the best to play. Rogue looks pretty good too. Gief me your opinion!
I think that C'Thun class is Rogue because you can cycle stupidly well with the class thanks to drawing mechanics, you can slow down the game if you want, shadow step has great synergy with all the C'Thun card in general and finally you have The Blade of C'Thun which is just GREAT at demanding sacrifices for our master.
ROGUE, because of Best C'thun buffing card - Blade of C'Thun supplemented with Shadowstep, Gang Up, Conceal (+ Ancient Harbinger or C'Thun himself) and new Shadowcaster.
Warlocks, because C'thun decks are reliant on drawing a single card as their win condition (in most of the games), and Warlocks have tap, despite the fact that other classes got much better C'thun buffers. RenoC'thun - lock might be really strong.
the cheapest viable C'thun deck might be priest though, because wild pyro + double circle with Hooded Acolyte can easily buff C'thun to +16 and Cycle simultaneously
I'll go Warrior since the other classes may be more likely to lose to an aggro deck before getting C'Thun in play, if they build their decks around him.
I dont know about this. The meta will definitely slow down quite a bit, especially in standard, so even as a non-warrior, it shouldnt be as hard to survive till turn 10.
Warrior is the only class that can reliably draw every card in match so I went with that. It probably wont be the best 'C'Thun deck' but you can put a few of the cards in Control Warrior and do pretty well.
I think if we take draw into account, priest, and even warlock do a preeeety good job
I originally had thought rogue could use him the best but our survivability got a kick to the nuts with this expansion. With no strong board clear and the removal of healbot, I'm not sure rogue will live to use shadowcaster. I feel like the best way to go with rogue is probably some super quick cycle deck or a tempo deck where you try to keep board control with strong plays.
