Been playing control warrior/handlock, and a few other more thrown together decks for a good long while it feels like, if I disenchant every craftable card I have I get enough to dust to kinda craft a deck I haven't played to death. I know this seems terribly drastic, but it's what's been my downbringing for a few months now. I have gone from 4-5 control decks, plus 3-4 thrown together aggro decks, and slowly through tons of disenchanting cards for decks already put together to try something new have widdled down my overall collection substansially. And yet here I am, still contemplating doing the same thing all over again, just to recraft a deck I had sitting around a few months ago. Anyone have a good suggestions for a cure to this burnout/ terrible habit?
Don't do it, man. It's a vicious cycle where you're just throwing dust down the drain. Buy a couple packs if you have to just to get the cards you need, but after that you'll have to get creative with what you have already.
You can also try to get good at the Arena. There's a lot to get from it if you can even manage to consistently get 3 wins every time. You'll get the dust/cards you need in time. You'll just have to restrain yourself from self-destructing every time.
What you're describing is only an acceptable practice when you're
A: Trying to get to legendary rank and
B: Stick with the deck you built
Otherwise it's extremely inefficient and not trying to be rude or anything here, but not very smart.
You want a cure? Try throwing some real money into the game. When you've put in a hundred or more bucks into it, you may think twice before disenchanting any card you don't have extra copies of. Other than that? I don't really know what to tell ya other than, stop doing it.
If you really want to disenchant stuff to get everything as fast as possible, then DE all and only gold cards. You'll get loads of dust.
As a collector, this would rip my heart out, so I don't do it. But if you're like some cold and cruel optimizer, then that's the fastest way to obtain the cards you want.
Ok hears advice from a F2P player. I search through commons and rares first and de all non essentials. TheN look at epics, de non essentials. I rarely de legendaries unless golden. I'd say never de key cards for decks u think u might play in the future but dusting cards ASAP can help u build great decks just don't dust like a maniac
