It's kind of obvious that Blizzard just doesn't care about shaman, all these cards you posted would give a totally new dynamic for it's game.
Let's compare, if you think about the weak point of Warrior hero power, it's that you just build your armor. But you have several cards that makes the hero power really strong, like Shield Bash or Armorsmith. Clearly, this should be done with Shaman.

That's the thing though, Tunnel Trogg seems to be the start of Blizzard actually paying attention to Shaman.
Really love pretty much all of the presented ideas. Good quality minions with decent stats and some overload synergy.
Also really love Garlicnerd's Charge Buster. Draenei Elementalist is a bit too broken, so I like Storm Adept over that as it seems a lot more reasonable.
The only card I think is a bit over the top is Channeller's Hammer. You can easily get yourself at least a 3/3 weapon for just one mana while there are options to unlock your crystals through Lava Shock or Storm Speaker. Imagine T6 where you play Elemental Destruction to clear the board, equip a 6/3 weapon and then Lava Shock. The fact that the weapon has a battlecry (meaning gained attack will be permanent even if you unlock the mana crystals straight after playing the weapon) is what makes it too strong. I think it should read something like "has +1 attack for each overloaded mana crystal" or get some sort of adjustment.
Really love the concepts though, wish Blizzard were a bit more brave with overload ideas and synergies. Like it was mentioned - hopefully Tunnel Trogg is just a start to that.
