Explanation : A 4/1 with Charge similiar with Wolfrider but with a little bonus. the effect doesn't matter if there's no enemy minion on the board. this card can be really good or bad at the same time
Explanation : A Fen Creeper but with one mana less and 1 more health. this card can really suck if it gives your opponet 2 coins.
Rare :
Explanation : Combo really well with Mogor the Ogre and other ogre card.
Explanation : A 3/3 with a really strong battlecry. yes the battlecry also has 50% chance to hit the wrong enemy so it's not that op also not that weak
Explanation : Yes it can hit friendly character. combo well with Ogre Commander or silence
Epic :
Explanation : a 4 mana 5/4 is aleardy okay not great. but the effect is interesting it's not op because it's random character. if you play this with Mogor the Ogre on a full board it will be insane
Explanation : IT'S A GIANT OGRE NO EXPLANATION NEEDED
Legendary :
Explanation : Obviously good if you are facing spell heavy deck. maybe this card should be 7 mana or 7/6
Spell :
Explanation : this card can be 3 mana deal 5 damage to a random enemy which is Okay... or a 3 mana deal 5 damage! which is solid
Explanation : a solid aggro tool for Warrior Feel free to comment :)
For Cho'gall, I'd suggest giving him Spell Damage +1, giving you a little bit of incentive to risk using your own spells while he's on the battlefield.
I don't like Ogre Commander. I don't think an Ogre Lord that removes the Ogres Ogreness is an interesting way to go. Here's an alternative idea: have him give Ogres a 100% chance to hit the wrong enemy and +1 Attack. In a perverse way this still makes your Ogres more reliable, since now you can choose one enemy that they absolutely will not hit (unless there's only one enemy left, of course).
Ogre commander is kind of useless considering that you simply use Wailing Soul for the same kind of effect, instead it should be used for all the ogre cards (not just the minions). Oh and make it a legendary!
I really liked Blind ogre, Charging ogre and especially Ogre's might (although it should be +4/+2)

Cool concept! And yes, ogres need more representatives in Hearthstone.
Charging Ogre - well, he's too thin for an ogre, maybe make him 4/2? Also he has a typo, he's named "Orge". "Ogre Guard" misses "and" between "battlecry" and "deathrattle", and also misses the 50% chance to hit someone else. "Ogre Commander" is kinda pointless, because he's an "anti-ogre", while being an ogre. Maybe make him boost ogres by +1/+1 instead, or at least +1/+0, depending on stats on the commander, if so, add him ogre-ness.
"Ogre Caster" - umm, I'd say "Ogre Stonethrower" instead, or else this borders goblins. After all, ogre mage does not miss as other ogres, so casting spells requires discipline, but throwing stones is what ogres should be good at, while retaining the ability to misbehave and choose another target. And maybe the battlecry should spell "random enemy", since so far battlecries cannot miss if targeted. "Blind Ogre" - ummm, so a Mad Bomber has bombs that hit for 5? Sheesh, scary thing! But pretty on theme. "Ogre Arcanist" - the same as with Blind Ogre, but he is actually flinging bombs and not attacking elsewhere. Probably exclude himself from eligible targets, otherwise it'll be a quick demise for poor flame juggler.
"Giant Ogre" - should probably discount like Skycap'n Kragg instead, 1 less per ogre on battlefield, and start with 9 or 8. The reason is, once Mogor the Ogre hits the board, the counter of mishits will rise pretty quickly for the giant to drop for 0, probably even faster than Molten Giant's deduction. The reason for discount is that Ogres eat a whole lot, and Giant Ogre is attracted to BIG FOOD. "Cho'gall" - was he THAT chaotic? The idea is fun, and thankfully this does not effect AoE or random targets, but seeing Polymorph or Assassinate hitting face is... I'm out of words how terrible. And these spells will be able to hit face when under Cho'gall, compare Sacrificial Pact versus Lord Jaraxxus.
"Ogre Breath" - ha ha, but this should be a 1 AoE, yo momma so fat that when she farts EVERYONE os overwhelmed by the cloud. Probably "Ogre Slam" would be a better name for this spell's effect. "Ogre's Might" - I expect too weak, given Warrior has Rampage for 2, so maybe +4/+4 and miss chance for 3 would be better priced (compare Blessing of Kings).
Overall - some material for an expansion, but do refine your spelling, here and there letters and signs are missing.
More Ogre for Hearthstone!
Cards like Ogre Magi or Boulderfist Ogre now have Ogre tribe

OMG, YEAH! Ogre breath for the win!

These seem very fun and seem like they could make a fun deck! I think ogre guard is fairly OP though.

There is a lot of steak here...
