Maybe because it summons a Doomguard is a 5/7 with charge? Maybe because this card has taunt and divine shield? or is it because you made it so it can dodge Big Game Hunter. I dunno this card seems pretty balanced. OK call blizzard tell them we have a new Dr.Boom/Ragnaros to print. Were done people, shows over! In full seriousness this is card is broken, you get two minions on the board, one has charge and 7 health which can take out any mid-game minion, kil'jaiden has the 2nd best stat distribution (barring the summoned 5/7 with charge you gave it) with divine shield and taunt. The downside is laughable, "Destroy 3 mana crystals"?, I'd destroy 5 and still play it on curve unless I have jaraxxus. The 3 damage is questionable. Keep in mind that you could also get him early through Voidcaller and that would make it impossible for some classes to deal with.
Edit: If you want to balance the card out I'd say get rid of the Doomguard, get rid of the divine shield(it doesn't fit the theme of warlock) and give it a true doubleedged effect ( e.g at the of the turn destroy a random minion on the board).

Much better. At least now getting it out of Voidcaller or Bane of Doom won't be a nightmare for everyone. And those that can't answer won't have their entire board blocked. This card is still powerful but that is what you can expect from lategame legendaries.

Yep. Hopefully blizzard will give more cards or mechanics that will help remove/offset Felguard and Pit Lord battlecry but right now there are only two cards (void caller for Felguard and mistress of pain for Pit Lord). There are not enough cards like those to justify running them.

I've Nerfed Kil'jaeden check new one xD

It is true that Blizzard need to promote cards like
Felguard
Pit Lord
Through alternate ways... ie.. legendary battlecry summon.
