I think a design like this would be really fun and interesting in HS.
Promotes building a deck full of only minions and possibly weapons, and giving you an abundance of spells to make up for it. The thing is that you can't rely on getting the spells you want when you need them. Say goodbye to your board clears and pray that the Scribe will give you what you want.

This means you can either build you deck around the card (no weapons), or you can use this card when you're nearing fatigue and you've drawn all your other weapons. An excellent Arena card or as an Unstable Portal minion for Mage.
Trying to promote a type of Paladin deck other than secret pally, works well with having a deck oriented around Blood Knight and could even have a type of C'Thun synergy with C'thuns's Chosen, it may be less viable in standard with Shielded Minibot and Annoy-o-Tron leaving, but it should still work even without these two being included.
This is my take on a corrupted version of Coldlight Oracle. Its battlecry effect varies depending on the size of both players' decks. It's obviously understatted for its mana cost, but its effect can easily be manipulated into massive card advantage swings, so a larger body would risk being OP in my opinion. I was thinking of making this a Legendary minion since I was worried that being able to run two would be too strong, but I think a second Oracle of N'Zoth would lose a lot of value since its effect will be much less drastic (seeing as the deck sizes will already have been equalized at some point during the game). Because of that, I think being able to run two is balanced.

Just survive long enough until the cavalry arrives to save the day:
A card for fatigue warriors. If the game drags long enough this can provide 12 burst damage for just 4 mana, otherwise it is a worse Kor'kron Elite.
