Harrison Jones. This card is a way too underwhelming for a legendary in my opinion. Not only his battle cry is way too situational but his overall stats are also mediocre. (only equivalent to Ancient Brewmaster whose effect is definitely more useful). Currently, he's only useful agaisnt Jarax, Doomfury, and Sword of Justice., none of which are used frequently.
How about buffing this card to 5/5 and the effect become: " Destroy all weapons on the board, draw cards equal to their durabilities". By allowing player to destroy their own weapons, players have more options to choose from, thus making him more strategic. Eg. if you are running low on card as a rouge, you can hero power and play Harrison Jones to get 2 extra cards for 7 mana.
Jones is useful vs. any weapon, even with one durability. So don't underestimate him ;) He only is limited atm for only 4 classes having weapon cards (Shaman, Paladin, Rogue, Warrior) and Jaraxxus having an equipped weapon.
Blizzard (most likely?) will add weapons to other classes, making him more useful with every weapon added to the game.
Eh I think he is fine. A 5/4 for 5 isn't absolutely horrid if you play against a deck with no weapons. For 1 more you get a built in ooze, and sometimes an engineer or better. If you do in fact break a weapon and draw a card even with just 1, he paid for himself in cards, broke their weapon, and you get a 5/4 body. And quite possibly if it's a big weapon you will get even more. I can't see a way to buff him without making the card over powered.
I give the worst legendary card award to the mighty Millhouse Manastorm. First rule of manastorm. NEVER play Millhouse Manastorm. The amount of games I've seen lost on the very first turn *as in no hope of possible board recovery* due to this card is just hilarious. *however tink is now not far behind in uselessness*

Bonus: Harrison living the dream! at 4:00
My guess is that Harrison Jones is not going to get an increase to his stat line - but that as more weapons get introduced his value will improve.
(And I'm he's definitely not the worst Legendary - I'd probably give that honor to Mekkatorque)

Shaman also has weapons, though I don't know how often I've seen them outside of Arena.
Oops, fixed :)

I think buffing Jones to destroy your own weapon will make him a Rogue staple. Maybe something like equip a 2/2 weapon if no weapon is destroyed.

Hunter also has weapons ;)
one of the better ones in fact, the Gladiator's longbow.
