Well, if this card will be played in 90% of decks it is OP. You can remember pure Nat and his popularity. Will see, but immediate value of Emperor looks very good on paper
Hey, a legendary that doesn't completely suck! How did this get past the blizz devs? :P
But yeah, this card is nuts. The tempo swing is just too strong. Basically, games are going to be decided by who plays Thaurissan first. I think Handlock benefits the most, simply because they have the most cards in hand at any given time.

Malygod Thaurissan rogue could potentially obliterate handlock with OTK potential.
If the rogue keeps the pressure low enough and draws enough cards.
Why everyone fails to notice that he is a 6 mana card that has sylvanas stats (which aren't really that great), and will in like 99% of cases live one turn? Seems balanced, and also he is available in the first wing of BRM, so pretty much everyone can get him.

the fact everyone can get him is 100% irrelevant to balance of the card at hand, this card IS broken, most cards are specifically tailored to a certain mana cost and otherwise would be very op if nerfed by 1 mana or sometimes even bad if increased by 1 mana. Basically 1 mana is a lot for certain cards, I expect to see some horrifically frustrating decks come from this.

Because of the fact that you HAVE to kill it the turn it gets dropped or it gets out of hand. It's a mid-game Mechwarper on steroids.
If he sticks for more than 1 turn, it basically wins you the game right there. It pulls you ahead exponentially.
This card is mediocre in rush decks, which is nice. I hope it will help slowing the meta a bit. Sadly, with the addition of quickshot and the lack of counters to fast decks, I doubt this will suffice.
just to clarify, the reason why blizzard added this card to the set is so people would have to buy it. ill bet you $100 this card is available if u beat the last wing. This card is a cash grab.

i didnt post anythign when i first saw this card but ... jeeeeeeesus christ that card is seemingly broken as all hell. i dont even know what to say about the fun or lack there of that im going to have when playing hearthstone now
lol imagine it surviving until your next turn and getting off a faceless on it with lots of cards in hand
im guessing its effect would be cumulative
with priest you could even divine spirit it first before faceless making them both 5/10 minions that can't be targeted by bgh if you had both the divine spirit and faceless in hand when you played the first one on the next turn you'd even have 2 mana left to top its hp off with hero power before using divine spirit and faceless on it
When I thought this was a battlecry I thought this was a great card. Being at the end of turn is just insane. Best card ever for a while, then they'll make it a battlecry.
Does his effect stack every turn??
COMBO METAH INCOMING!
Malygos + spells in hand play thaurissan GAME OVER

Yes, at the end of each of your turns, your cards' mana costs are all decreased.
