Apologies for not following exact same format, I don't have PhotoShop, and while Gimp worked, I couldn't get it to edit the existing details properly to preserve the font. I used an old version of Paintshop Pro in the end, but the layers didn't convert properly. Did my best with what I had :)
I chose Johnny Awesome. Not only because he was part of one of the most memorable quests, but also because he represents a type of WoW player that so many people can relate to. Anyone that's played WoW has encountered a Johnny Awesome.
The minion ability pretty much created itself when I thought of this character. Over confident, he runs about and attacks everything, cocky as hell that he knows what he's doing and won't let anyone else tell him otherwise. The draw a card represents his quest rewards (that he probably doesn't deserve).
Please note: Card quality was intended to be common, but somehow the essence of the card managed to upgrade itself. This matter is being looked into.
edit: I rushed this card out the door. I'd rather the damage effect be: "draw one card." It's a more appropriate "mana drain" effect to the HS style than actually draining mana from the enemy.
Why is Frostmourne Hungers epic and the actual weapon Legendary? And holy crap is that powerful. You'll probably end up killing 3 minions and getting 3 2/2 taunt ghouls for just 6 mana. Mandatory Acidic Swamp Ooze's for everyone!
Your DK hero power is boring and already being used by Paladins and to a lesser extent Shamans. How about this for a mechanic:
(2) Hero Power - The Endless Scourge Summon a 1/1 Ghoul with Charge and Deathrattle: The first minion killed in combat by this ghoul, returns to play under your control at end of your turn with 1 health and Undead. Ghoul dies at the end of your turn.
or perhaps:
(2) Hero Power - Rune of Rust If your opponent wields a weapon, remove 2 durability. If they do not, deal 1 damage to them.
Hopefully if the ever do add Deathknight the Hero power is Deathcoil: Deal 1 damage to target non-undead minion or heal target undead minion for 2 (and this would obviously come with the undead subtype for minions, some existing minions gaining it like Flesheating Ghoul and new deathknight specific undead minions.
That "The Endless Scourge" ability is bonkers, any minion with 1 health means you just combined the Mage ability (deal 1 damage) and the Paladin ability (summon a 1/1, though the way you have it worded you might get something with much more power than 1).

Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.
Some of those dk cards are way too strong lol.
