I've been messing around with a Paladin control deck where I really don't use all that many spells unless I need a consecration, I found Cho has been really good in shutting down my opponent from clearing my board, and even if he does I get copies of his spells.
I feel like Cho can play well in any aggressive low mana minion deck - am i wrong? i don't ever see anyone use him
well, it means you can't use spells either, unless you want to give them right back. You have to buff it up somehow just to kill it off if you want to cast spells that they gave you.

How many spells does a Paladin use in the early game? Equality+Conc is 6 mana. Truesilver champion is not a spell. You can use Cho to get serious board control before you even think about doing that. You use cards like Shattered Sun Cleric, Argus, and Argent Protector to buff the minions you got.
I think it was iEchoic that was using a '29 dudes' deck that was warlock, 1 soulfire, 29 minions including a lot of good utility minions and legendaries. You could fit some Power Overwhelming in there and up it to 2 soulfires if you want, also if you go high demon count you can get away with Demonfire since the demons you'd use are all 1 cost and would probably be out and buffed before Cho hits the table.
Mechanically you could get away with using minions as spells and using a couple of brewmasters to be able to recast their abilities repeatedly.

I wonder what a Cho+Millhouse mana storm combo would end up like. that might be a little too dangerous lol
I just shut down this Shaman soooo hard thanks to Cho. He was so afraid to cast anything by like turn 6 I had already won, he literally won me the game.

I was referring to the spells he gives YOU. You can't cast them until he dies. Meaning all that cho does is lose you tempo.

Fair enough but if he's casting spells and giving them to me and Cho is still on the board even after that - it probably means I still have board control in which case I will just play more favorable minions.
In a late game buff-centric druid deck it works and it is the only deck I'm running him in. Your minions come bundled with abilities your opponent can't steal, and even if you haven't used your Marks of the wild and other buffs, if you already have the stronger board they are useless for the opponent.
I will Flamestrike both Cho and Milly with extreme burnation then stare into my opponent's eyes to let him see if I gave a fuck about giving him a Flamestrike. :)

I'm using him in my non enrage warrior deck and he is really nice sometimes. He can make you loose quite a lot of tempo tho.
The only spells I have in the deck is battle rage and commanding shout.
Had a mage quit a constructed game against me on turn 2 after casting my recently-acquired Golden Cho.
Cho 'nuff.
I'll definitely try it if I get it.
Arena Tips
Gimme those Ice blocks!
Cho is a really funny card. either he gets destroyed right away or the opponent will ragequit.
To bad most decks for ranked are let's win by turn 8, etc.
Not sure if hyped yet.
Even more fun? Drop a Millhouse Manastorm down with him. Your opponent will have an aneurysm trying to figure out what to do.
Play Raganaros or Ysera?
Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.
Ragnaros and Ysera aren't spells.
