I started playing right before the last rotation out. When I first started screwing around on my phone the nerd in me was like ‘ooo dragon Paladin seems like there’s a lot of synergy’. IT SUCKS. So I saw Treants and went Druid which was just as shitty of a plan as Dragon Pally. Anyway played token Druid cause bomb warrior was so dust intensive until right before Dr Boom was nerfed and new cards. Back to life as a Druid for me which in standard means: Everything has the potential to absolutely destroy you before you can complete the quest and come out full force decked and even if you get the Aggro win by chance the control battles are even worse because it’s some Noz Deathrattle endless taunt BS that you have to pack a picnic basket and change of clothes you’ll need prior to finishing. I don’t think it’s going to be the card that broke the meta’s back for druids. I mean turn 6 is already that sweet ramp & draw so if your running quest which is pretty much the ladder Druid deck then you need to complete the quest, you have innervate, half the time coin so how’s it gonna be anything more broke than what’s there since holding Maly at the beginning is gonna screw you vs Aggro just to ignite that Slightly Better than Wild Growth Card?
Sorry not arguing or being a smart ass but am seriously asking why it’s the bees knees when it can’t help much earlier than Nourish truly and if you ran 2 and maly and dragon #2 your still giving up some cards to fit those and dragon #2 into the deck
It will seem broken until you play it as a two mana card draw one card spell enough times. The odds of drawing this card early plus a dragon early aren't high enough for it to be broken. That being said, a good card.
Via Mulligan, easy. Dragon Synergy has been around since Blackrock and fulfilling the condition was never a problem. There is a 1-cost dragon for priest and a 2-drop for Warrior with the condition and and in the Blackrock meta they were good cards.
This boils down to the content of the deck using the card. Sure, it was easy to fulfill the condition when you had a high number of dragons in your deck and the dragon deck itself is good. You are saying the deck will be good and contain a lot of dragons and I'm saying it won't be good enough to make it OP. Dragonmaw Scorcher and Crowd Roaster aren't as good as Azure Drake. Though Emerald Explorer is definitely going in the deck. Realistically neither of us know. The answer is dependent on other conditions not yet revealed.
-Yap
(I assume these mechanics will work the same way as Ferocious Howl does)

Incredibly busted. I can see a druid deck with a bunch of big dragons being built around this card.
