It doesn't work with conjurer because it's a minion that must be summoned from an effect.
U can't evolve into an Akari neither.
Your concept of pretty easy is concerning, you not only need to create the copies and draw them (7 CARDS!) you must survive while you are doing so, and vs any viable deck that's pretty much impossible.

This is a token card so I don't think its in the standard Conjurer's Calling pool.
And you'd need your Glinda to survive a turn... I question the viability of this.

i am thinking the only way this can realistically work is tak nowhisker scheme this when you have only 3 cards in hand and the scheme is upgraded enough. seems like a pretty tall order but if the rest of your deck is tempo and you use this as a last ditch win mechanic that only needs three cards it might work out some times.
This card requires so much setup and too much time too complete. Can it be done? Sure, but not by all classes and not very quickly either. In Wild, it is far easier to do.
You need to put pressure on the opponent so they are low enough in Health that this card just kills them outright. Otherwise, why bother?
So against Warrior, they gain too much armor for this to happen.
But if you are putting pressure on your opponent, then you aren't working towards getting this card activated and online.
I believe the deck that supports this needs to go all in or it won't work at all.
I mean, maybe everyone is wrong and this is super easy to do and this is the new meta deck that is the one to beat?
And if this does happen, there are counters out there that will auto win if they kill your cultists.
Rogue no longer has Vanish to stall the game anymore. I think this is a pipe dream and only in Wild.

I really appreciate cards like these that allow deck building. It is a very strong and interesting card that sadly won't be a real deck, and currently in standard Rogue seems to be the only real candidate to achieve this battlecry.
