I would like to know if it's normal that if Zul'jin plays tracking already in fatigue you don't get the next fatigue tick ?
I don't know how tracking interacts if you already are in fatigue but since the card text reads : "Look at the top 3 cards of your deck. Draw one and discard the others." So one would assume that since there is no 3 cards to look at, you don't draw one ?
If it is how that works, that makes me less unhappy about putting two trackings in a zul'jin deck, even if the only matchup where it matters is pretty much the one I got...
context : I was playing spell hunter ( in 2k19 yes LUL ) vs questless odd warrior; got lucky DK rexxar in mulligan and played the whole game with fatigue in mind, though I had to play one tracking at some point to get out of a sticky situation, so when I played zul'jin to finish off my opponent because he wasted his last board clear, tracking didn't draw a fatigue tick ( although my opponent left at the same time so I did'nt really know if it was because the game ended )
Yes, it's normal that Tracking won't get you the next fatigue tick once your deck is out of cards. The effect functions like the Discover keyword - it searches for three cards and the one you chose will be drawn. When there isn't anything to chose from, tracking won't do anything. This applies to Zul'jin as well, who just chooses a card at random.
