I really love my starfishes, silence is highly underrated and everytime I played one it felt like winning me the game or erasing significant stats and deathrattles off the board.
If you want to add a second one, sure, you can remove or swap a starfish with ETC, but I'd advise removing 1 Death Strike instead however. It's my go-to remove card when I want to change something to the deck.
as for Nerubian Vizier, i've tried it and it felt very weak because you can't active it early enough : the other discover cards are stronger.
