I still stand by my opinion. The spellstone while being rather powerful is not problematic or busted. You basicly have to play 2 often just weak cards that cost 4 mana in total which often do not return their value. "All" you get is 24 stats for 5 mana. You need to build a deck around it (at least you have to add about 6-8 secrets). These (at most) 24 stats are surely strong but also divided badly, because almost every single class can easily deal 3 damage to all enemies nowadays. E. g. Paladin cannot do that as easily and still was the #1 Hunter hunter. Rogues cannot as well, but Hunter has been their weakness ever since.
Spell and Secret Hunters do not excel atm because of the Spellstone alone. Hunter has gotten powerful tools since KfT which add up nicely. Both hero cards, Wandering Monster (which probably is the strongest secret Hunter ever had, being far superior to the others, except maybe Cat Trick), Candleshot, To My Side! etc or Subject 9, and of course the Spellstone. These cards also synergies well with existing Basic and Class cards of the Hunter class.
IMO we don't need to change a card that does not break the game when it's rotating out in about 3 months.
