I just played the weirdest match. Evolve shaman Vs secret mage.
I had him with burn and a minion on board, then he evolved and got mayor with 6 minion total. I decided I was at full health so I could afford to ping off a few hp and the odds of my 2 Vs his 7 targets were in my favour and if he managed to kill mayor I could burn his face.
Then my ping hit my own face, my minion hit my face, and all 6 of his minions hit my face. Next round my ping hit my face again and so did all 6 of his minions. The animation showed but it always selected my face. Two full rounds of pin damage 14 occurrences all to my face.
Since I was dead next turn anyways I threw out and FB that went to my face for the kill.
If it wasn't so sad it'd be funny. But my question is that is this a bugged interaction?
Thanks in advance for the humorous and kind responses... ~.~
Noggenfogger follows the rules of hearthstone so your own minion should not be able to hit your other minions or your own face. Spells and ping on the other hand have always been able to target everything so they could have hit your own face.
It sounds very unlikely that this have happened but if it really did, then yes, it is a bug.
He works like Misdirection (but applied to all attacks, not just those targetting the hero), so the choice of target is entirely random. It's perfectly possible for your minions and spells to hit friendly targets, including your face, but 14 times in a row is outrageously unlucky.

Wrong. Can only hit valid targets. OP probably made that up.
Your ping hitting you twice is unlucky but far from impossible.
Then you probably had no minions so his minions hitting you is normal.
Yeah, Noggenfogger seems like a really cool card to play with an empty board against a full side of minions, but unfortunately it's not. If your board was 7 vs 2, enemy's minions had a 33% chance to hit your face each attack, and your hero power had a 9% chance to hit your face.
Curious: can Noggenfogger force a spell/hero power to hit, say, Faerie Dragon?

Yes. Faerie Dragon cannot be targeted, but its a valid target when the target is random.

Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
Had a wierd Match in brawl. 4 turns and every single attack on me, not one of his 7 minions(!). I had in average 4 minions. So with the Faces the chance was 5-8 so 41,6%. 41,6% ^ 7minions of him attacked ^ 4 turns. 2,25^ -11!!

Did you do anything to make Blizzard angry? That might be it.

Unfortunately not made up. Wasn't on my pc or I would've made a video or captured it. My minion was still alive on board when I died.
I'm guessing it had some bugged interaction from evolve. IDK.
I wouldn't have posted if I didn't think it was outside the mechanics of the card.
Your own minion cannot attack your own face. Period.

Cannot Imagine, that it is completely random.
Oh ok. Read it after post. Then it was not so ridiculous as thought.
