pretty much just this. Even if it's a sort of card like harrison jones and its just him with a name switch or something, add an NPC to WoW and give him his own card. maybe even something like a Genie for warlock deck, idk. i just feel like this should happen.

Although I like your idea I doubt Blizzard will do that. Because every time a celebrity dies or someone important, people would request a card in his/her honor. Robin Williams (my captain) was someone who made me laugh a lot, and the only celebrity, I cared about. It'a a shame that his shadow got to him.
You could still bring that up on Blizzard suggestion forums though :)
I did, and though i get your point, I think this is a little more realistic than just about anyone else. It seems like a good fit. I dont think a Whitney Houston card ora Michael Jackson card makes sense. But with the celebrities already involved and subtle nods to characters or other people, i just feel like Robin Williams belongs in blizzard games somehow.

I wasn't talking about celebrities when I pointed the important people but people like: Nelson Mandela, the current Dalai Lama (Tenzin Gyatso).
If we start with one, whatever if it's a good fit or not it will grow out of proportion and it won't be a game with Warcraft elements but a game of cards with references to people irl...
Yes there's Harrison Jones and it's a direct wink to Indianna, but it's already within WoW...
Hah. Now if only they use a few sound clips of the man himself (if they're allowed to do such a thing). Hopefully nothing that's nearly as depressing as hearing "Have you seen my dawwwwwg?" in Mulgore.

I agree and disagree, Robin Williams certainly has a ... special status tho.
this is great. I tweeted and posted on a bunch of blizzard forums and stuff, so i hope i helped them along the way into making this happen. I get what you're saying about other people being added to the game when the time comes ect, but I feel like Blizzard knows who really belongs in their universes. Robin Williams has been around for decades and so has Blizzard. Hell, most of us have seen 20 or so of his works. He enjoyed gaming in general and loved the WC lore. The sense of humor that he has, is shared with the whole of blizzard i feel as well. They both give off that silly yet sometimes serious vibe within their games and within Williams' career. Very happy he at least got a character in WoW, may he rest in peace and be forever immortalised
Yeah, I have a feeling he might be some kind of orc in it since he loved to do costumes. Either way, Im happy they even considered it. Hopefully he will get his own card to accompany the NPC!

that was exactly my point kuni, with as much work and for as long as they have both been around, I feel like he would be at home in the blizzard universe. And it isnt like it has to be a huge deal, although I would love him to get his own card like Harrison Jones. And like you said, he could be something even just like The Beast as well, and have him pop out after the mob is dead.
