Might be too slow. You're going to need a way to pop it asap for it to be useful which means you're going to need Abusive Sergeant, Shattered Sun Cleric or Dire Wolf to make it work, otherwise it's a "dead" draw. It would be useful for an AOE deterrent but I'd still think Amani Berserker is better at that because it's never useless.
EDIT: Most Zoos don't run Power Overwhelming but maybe this card can change that. Dark Iron Dwarf could also be used but it's too slow.
I don't think it fits in Zoo. It's not bad, but I don't find it to be as good as what I would have to take out for it. Honestly Amani Berserker is better. Now, Haunted Creeper is perfect for Zoo. The best way to use the egg with Warlock is Power Overwhelming, Void Terror, or a mid range build with lots of Death Rattle creatures and Hellfire.
This card is a nightmare to deal with in zoo, have been playing against it alot as control warrior. They have alot of enablers between direwolf alpha, abusive sergeant and defender of argus. Since I usually have to spill my removal as quick as possible, (using shield slam on juggler, cleave, whirlwinds), it becomes a very big obstacle. It gets in the way of my aoe and clearing. Geddon and brawl aren't safe anymore. I don't like having to use my executes on the 4/4. My concern used to be dealing 2 aoe or dispatching two 2 or 3 toughness minions. I can't afford time to sink so much attention on it when there's so much pressure early.
A bunch of these cards together with undertaker could be too much.
For now an owl is in my deck for this specific card even if it gets juggled.
I see the card working best in a Druid deck or maybe even a Handlock deck. Both of those decks provide a way to taunt or pop it so you get the 4/4. To me, it is probably too slow for a Zoo deck. Haunted Creeper definitely works better.
It could work due to the attack buffs via Direwolf Alpha etc, but I think the best part is if you play it and get consecrated or explosive trap'd you'd still get a 4/4 body. Plop 2 Nerubian Eggs on the field, your opponent would probably just stop playing AoE's altogether.
I think it's pretty good as long as you have ways to activate it quickly by giving it attack. Argus, direwolf, abusive sergeant, and dark iron dwarf all come to mind as good canidates.
I think it's more of a card that's good against control decks that have trouble dealing with two factors. It survives sweepers (especially Blizzard) and it is a relatively large creature compared to the rest of the zoo creatures.
I would definitely NOT recommend playing it in a zoo deck where you play cards just to activate it. I would focus on activating it by bouncing it off opponents creatures.
I think it might work well because of value and the ability to buff and crack open. Thanks in advance for your opinions. Nerubian Egg
Works fine. Honestly would rather have the haunted creeper in the deck. That card has been working over time.
I will try a haunted creeper also it is great value.

You'd waste three cards to get a 4/4 on turn 2?
No, of course you wouldn't soulfire it, but, there are many ways to trigger it in zoo.
