A bit too overpriced, 4 mana for a random minion is a bit of a joke, even if you can sometimes alter the situation to get to the correct minion. I guess if you manage to get the combo there is some value, to 4 classes.
9 mana...? And what if your opponent gets something like a Light's Justice anyway?
Tbh though, after some more thought, this card could be alright. Rogues do indeed have good ways to control the board and Preping this to kill a ysera is pretty strong.

Seems good if it manages to live, this minion will definitely be an easy Smite, Frost Bolt, etc target.
Doesn't seem like it would be able to kill two cards (unless it's like double Cleric, which would be super fun), however, I'm pretty sure this card would be a staple in most constructed decks and a decent 2 drop pick in Arena.
Remember Pre-Naxx when no-one liked Priest at all? And then over-value Dark Cultist happened. And now Shrinkmeister has happened. Won't be surprised at all if we see Priest truly dominate for a while.
(Of course there are still loads of cards to discover, but this card has put Priest in a really strong place).
I'd beg to differ, Amaz, and many other players, were seriously bringing in that Priest love Pre-Naxx. I'll admit there was a huge increase of Priest Play Post-Naxx but Priest was like an undiscovered gem in the Hearthstone chest of jewels.
Depends on your play style, do you like to go fast or a more reactive/controlling route? Zoo is, as mentioned by many people already, effective, cheap and powerful, so if you want to climb ranks fast you should aim for that.
Dark Cultists will probably become staples for Priests, at least midrange/control types.
Imo Zombie Chow is a little too gimmicky, not sure if Priests can afford to give up another one or two slots for it.
Off topic: I've been living under a rock recently, do you have to first complete the military corner to purchase the construct corner or can you skip it?
Every deck has it's strong points/weak points. The reason why everyone hates zoo is probably because there is just so much of it on the ladder atm. Why is everyone using it? Well, Trump states that Zoo does not have many bad match ups or any particular good match ups, but all round zoo has a decent chance on beating every type of deck (except for decks specifically designed to counter zoo).
The problem with Hunter is you might not draw into the Buzzard + UtH combo and your "2/1 body that silences a minion" is a neutral card so it can be included in any deck. I used to run Midrange as well but I found it too slow against zoo (no explosive trap? gg).
So I see a lot of "Rag or Sylvanas" and I too am attempting to craft a legendary for Priest (the priest deck I'm running is the Amaz deck). So between the two, which is better?

A little different from what you have there though, the Shockadin is an aggro deck but boy that thing gives you wins.
