Lol, people are so hyped.. and ignorant. Will be an easy climb once the new set is released, no notdecking possibilities for them to sort out all the shit by themselves for the time being.
I like the card design number and effect wise. It seems niche usable, not universally good.
However... why rehash an already existing character? They could have easily put a image and name of a random paladin hero and it wouldnt be questioned at all.
Either they make jokes about themselves being uncreative (maybe Blizz started to cut costs at the design end) or its really just an early aprils fools.
For those complaining about this guy, the boogeydude or new hogger, remember:
The amount of characters in the warcraft world is, indeed, vast but it is also finite. Yes they could only release named characters as legendaries but that means they'd run out pretty fast. Would you rather they release a few "bullsh*t", lore breaking cards interspersed throughout expansions or all at the end? Because the latter would surely herald the death of hearthstone. This is why they released ledges like Skycap last expansion.
I personally find it very positive that team 5 have longevity as one of their main goals (hence also the introduction of formats so early in the games life). It makes me happy, because I enjoy this game deeply and wish for it to be around for as long as possible. So, for the naysayers, try to consider decisions made for the long term prosperity of hearthstone, rather than instant gratification.
Literally what in the ever loving fuck is this?
