Looking at the newly released VS Wild Report, I noticed that they report that Odd Warrior is "slightly unfavored" vs. Big Priest. I have a question for any other Odd Warrior players out there; does this match your experiences? I have felt Big Priest is practically an autowin for Odd Warrior, and looking back at stats from my tracker seemed to confirm that (I've 11-1 vs. Big Priest, the only loss a game with T4 Barnes into Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound into Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound).
Since my sample size is small, being only from my own games (from a total of 72 games over the last month and a half), I wanted to get feedback from any other Odd Warrior players. My decklist follows:
### Odd # Class: Warrior # Format: Wild # Year of the Raven # # 2x (1) Omega Assembly # 2x (1) Shield Slam # 2x (3) Bash # 2x (3) Deathlord # 1x (3) Gluttonous Ooze # 2x (3) Mind Control Tech # 2x (3) Reckless Flurry # 2x (3) Shield Block # 1x (3) Stonehill Defender # 1x (5) Big Game Hunter # 2x (5) Brawl # 2x (5) Dyn-o-matic # 1x (5) Elise the Trailblazer # 1x (5) Nexus-Champion Saraad # 2x (5) Sludge Belcher # 2x (5) Supercollider # 1x (5) Zilliax # 1x (7) Dr. Boom, Mad Genius # 1x (9) Baku the Mooneater # AAEBAQcI+Qz7FJvCAtPFAs/HApL4Ap74AqCAAwtLogTeBf8H/g2BDqkVyucCg/sCjvsCnvsCAA== #
I've played this matchup with both side. 9 wins vs 2 losses with Odd CW and 1win vs 0 losses with Big Priest.
My two losses with Odd Warrior were when he had a lot of damage early. Lost to coin Barnes into Rag followed by several res cards while he removed my stuff so Rag went face. In the other game he also had Barnes into Ragnaros and then Shadow Essence into Lichking. Lost on turn 14. He got four Lichking cards, two Frostmournes and two Deathcoils, again a lot of damage.
However the biggest mistake is to play the Dr.Boom herocard, even if you have a lot of health. As Big Priest I had not much so on turn 11 the Warrior played the hero card when he was around 50 health. Which was not enough after some Rag shots and his Super Collider wore him down eventually.
why not run tinkmaster though, or even just sylvanas? both are great tech cards against big priest and reno decks. I myself play renolock and have noticed that after i put tinkmaster into my deck, my winrate has gone up by 20 percent. luck? maybe, but i think its good, since you can basically negate his barnes and allow him to do nothing for the next 3 turns

Sylvanas in Odd Warrior, lol
DAMMIT, FORGOT!!! she was 5 mana before the nerf so I couldnt remember, blizzards fault LOL
Good Odd warrior players usually beat big priest, despite the statistics for some reason. My biggest guess is that most wild players just aren't good (as seen by the high amount of even shaman and big priest players).
If you want to increase your winrate versus big priest:
Tinkmaster overspark does wonders.
Also faceless manipulator on their obsidian statue followed by brawl is a guaranteed boardclear

I've certainly considered Tinkmaster Overspark (as a replacement for Nexus-Champion Saraad), and the simple reason that I haven't tried it is because I don't own the card. I also refuse to craft it when I am only missing two legendaries from Classic and I will get it eventually from opening packs. And given that my winrate vs. Big Priest is so solid I'm not really looking to shore up that matchup. It's effectiveness vs. Reno lock would be my main reason to add it.

This might not be the right place to ask, but what does Bash target? It seems like the weakest card in the list to me.
The World Is Yours
Ship's Cannon, Southsea Captain, Flametongue Totem, Steward of Darkshire can do a lot damage if left unattended.

Control mentioned this a few days ago as well.

What he said. It also gives you another card to round out full mana use turns: a five mana card, Bash, and hero power.
