I tried some good old mech mage in the wild ladder, but it wasn't working out. For some reason Cogmaster feels way to weak when compared to Small-Time Buccaneer, when the two cards have basically the same effect, (I would even argue cogmaster's effect is even easier to trigger, because you almost always have a turn 2 mech).
My question here is, how can a 1 1 charge minion (Patches the Pirate) cause such a big difference in the power level of these 2 cards?

1/1 charge minion and the fact that weapons are incredibly powerful*
I'm pretty sure if there was Matches The Mech there would've been a billion complaints about cogmaster too.
