First off, I played a Paladin, not a priest, so the "Lack of removal available to Priests" argument doesn't really apply.
Second, I had quite a bit of removal for a Paladin; tons of taunts, 3 Truesilver Champions, and 2 Equality is pretty good. The only thing I wish I had more of was Consecrates, as far as removal goes.
Third, the two runs I've done previously with 9 wins were both with paladins, so I wouldn't say that it was a bad choice, especially considering that my other options were Hunter and Shaman, and I'm incredibly inexperienced wtih both.
Lastly, the fact that I had the first two opponents within a turn of winning before they dropped their crazy game-changing legendaries seems to refute your claim that they were not the reason I lost the games. In both cases, I was ahead on cards, creatures, and health, but lost due to single cards.
The condescension in your post is a bit unnecessary, especially since your points are all so easily poked full of holes. You might do well with not posting in a thread if all you can contribute is vitriol.
Quite a bit of removal for a Paladin, which translates into, no hard removal. Guess your Equalities and True Silvers didn't help vs Alexstraza or Jaraxxus eh?
This game is 50% luck and 50% skill in all honesty, if you're an unlucky person you will lose more than you win most the time, even in constructed decks (when you get higher ranked). If you get frustrated from top deck pyro's and stupid stuff like that, this game is not for you.
I had gurubashi berseker 2/7 on the board. He had 4/5 windfury harpy and 2/3 flesheating ghoul. I am at 3 hp. 9 mana and many cards in the hand, but nothing helps to clear the board. I almost gave up but tried if my sprint (7 mana) could give me something. So i got the famous mad bomber after the sprint. I am now at 2 mana and i thought that lets yolo bomber. Bomber hits ghoul twice and my berseker once! I finish the ghoul with my basic dagger and i am left with 1 hp. My gurubashi goes up to 5 dmg and i am able to finish the harpy also. And next turn i win him spamming well played and i am left with 1 hp. Should have frapsed it! :D
RNG in arena is absolutely horrible. And I'm talking about rarity. I just had a crappy druid deck (4-3) that barely had druid cards (like 4-5 in total) and no epics/legendaries against a mage with ysera, sylvanas, pyro and the usual mage goodies. I don't have a problem with a mage getting 4 wurms and 4 polymorphs and whatnot but 2 legendaries plus epic(s)? Wheres the balance in that. At least give everyone equal footing when it comes to rarity of cards to choose from.

I believe they should change the RNG to be about random cards within a quality level. I.E everybody gets 1 legendary, 3 epics, 8 uncommon, 10 common, 8 normal. This way at least the quality is fair.

Why is everyone trying to defeat the purpose of drafting? The real solution is more picks and larger packs but that is an argument for another day.
So last night was in my favor the shaman deck gave me deathwing, ysera and sylvanas I took it all the way for the first time weeeee.
You shouldn't need three legendaries to do very well. In fact, you shouldn't need any. There's a reason hard removal and threaten effects are great in any limited format
You make it sound like legendaries might as well be common cards and that any "pro" can play well with shitty cards.
The next time you play someone with multiple strong legendaries/epics tell me how your shitty pirates and murlocs helped you win the match. I would give my soul just to see ONE legendary in my draft, hell I don't even get an epic 75% of the time and when I do it's a choice between 3 terrible ones.
If I have a gun and you have a turd, you could be the best shot in the world but you will never kill me with it, just sayin'.
And honestly, I care more about getting the good commons than those special cards anyways. Some of those commons just make too big an impact in the early game.

There are enough great commons and rares in this game you could do very, very well without any cards with a higher rarity. Your analogy is flawed but I know nothing about guns. I would say its like if I had a good gun and you had a great gun, and I was the best shot in the world I would probably kill you lol.
The RNG needs to be slightly more balanced so that its not completely to chance. The cards make the game, it doesn't matter how smart you are, if you keep getting crap cards then you just wont win.
I have played 3 sets of arena yesterday, all with a priest. The first set, I dominated. I got some great cards. The second 2 sets I barely won 1 game. The cards were just terrible. What is worst as well, it seems like the same cards keep appearing in your deck selection.
I always see the same combined argument: - loosing for terrible draft - loosing for not having rarity X in deck
Those are two completely seperate (and valid) arguments, but don't combine them into: "loosing for not having specific rarities, which therefore is a terrible draft". This plain and simply is wrong.
As long as you don't play YGO, Rarity isn't something telling you about the potential of a card. So just ignore it. Strong cards are strong, because of their impact to the game. MC for example is still a basic card, and even in its 10 mana incarnation will turn the tide in arena for you, if you played smart enough beforehand. The cheesiest comboplay comes out of basics and commons (like a priest wombo combo). That's a very welcome thing to let people with limited cardpools stay competitive. Sure, this argument is more interesting for constructed, but if you get those cards in hand you can play some lovely combos. Among the most stable cards for arena, suggested by talented arena players, are a lot of basics and commons: Fiery War Axe, Spellbreaker, Enraging Worgen, Cleric, Dwarf etc.
I won't argue there are strong cards on all rarity levels (there are). But just having a guaranteed rarity spot, won't result in getting those. You could add 6 guaranteed epics. If your choices to pick still suck, it doesn't matter they were epic.
You will have terrible drafts, and you will fight godlike drafts (yea, I had to fight a triple pyro with triple fireball once. Lucky me I played druid, so I was able to actually see that amount...; include those times I fought vs. 5 fireballs ...). But most of the times, you're on equal footing. It is just your faulty human mind tricking you into ignoring the "general" and only seeing the "special".

RNG exists, certainly, but I don't think it's really as influential as some make it out to be.
(Though I admit to being annoyed that my current Arena draft is a paladin deck that got offered only 1 consecrate and no other direct damage...)
