I am curious to see how will they implement the whole tavern brawl thing once this new one/free pack every week has ended. I guess you would have to pay certain amount of gold in order to play it (pretty much like arena). If that is so I'm curious what type of reward system will they implement too.
Blizzard already said that it was free. They aren't keeping the pack because they don't want people to feel like they have to play/win in the brawl, especially since they plan on NOT making every one fair and balanced.
So yeah, once the pack thing ends, things can get crazy.
So sick and tired of all the bitching from this community. You didn't pay anything for tavern brawl, and you get a pack out of it. If you don't like it, shut up and move on to whatever you do like.
Personally, I've really enjoyed all three weeks. And from the amount of play it seems to be getting, there's a silent majority who are enjoying it.
God this community sucks.
Well said! This happens to those scrubs and noobs across any games. Just do our part and enjoy.

Don't see how you can get much more unbalanced than banana brawl. Even granting that packs are temporary, I doubt they are holding anything back rules wise.

You have VERY little imagination.
I'm talking balance that makes the nef vs Rag battle look fair and equal. Give one player KT's boss deck and hero power (including the switch up at 0 armor) and give the opponent their..regular custom made deck with no special features.
Inf act, they COULD have a full on brawl this way. One player randomly gets the deck of one of the bosses in an adventure, and the other gets their own deck. You choose yoru deck at the start (similar to banana brawl) though you won't know what boss you'll face or if you'll be the player or the boss. Note that a BIG reason why the adventure mode bosses are easy is due to the AI.
Or just give one side OP broken cards that are set while the other gets to use their own deck.
They aren't holding back so much as testing things out at the moment, ut they DID say that they dislike making people feel like they must win and don't want to be 'stuck' making matches where you have a reasonable chance of winning.
Which suggests that the imbalance between Nef and Rag was intentional.

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.

The brawl this week was great. Fast paced, all nine classes, and King Krush.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
