Playing hs for 6_7 months and last month finally broke into rank 13.mostly with jade shaman ,cthun decks or hunters(in wild).this season i got already into 15 lvl but im kinda stuck there.too many dragon priests that i cant even touch them.rly 0 dmg to them.is it supposed to happen?maybe im doing sth wrong but i dont have that many problems with the other classes(very aggro excluding).i dont have aya in my deck but pretty much everything else(only brann as legendary).
Are you midrange or aggro? Aggro shaman should be able to at least hit Priest. Midrange you need to play value and not too aggressive. Dragon Priest has the potential to outvalue you very, very well.
Save board clears for ideal moments, try to bait theirs out, save hex for Drakonid Operative and if you can trade with him then even better. Once you drop brann and a few big Golems you should be able to win. Aya would definitely help you though, I'd suggest crafting it asap if you are keen to stick with this deck. Plus it's almost a neutral card so you'll always get some use out of it

Good advise and I can't wait for the Dragon Priest to be a thing of the past on the Standard ladder. Priests are beyond cocky, and just go face these days.
Is this a joke? vS Data Reaper Report has the matchup at 50% at "normal" ranks, with ~52% at Legend ranks. Additionally considering onsidering that OP doesn't have Aya, I don't see how you come to this judgement of OP?
@OP: maybe post your deck so we can have a look what can be improved, I already saw that you have only one Jade Claws and no Spirit Claws yet, that's of course a little disadvantage
I ran into this problem as well. I now have better results by mixing in evolve and the 6 mana card that makes three guys. I can't remember the name. Someone help me out.
Note i I said I have better results, not great results.
Edit: maybe throw in a devolve as well. That should help handle those big health minions.
i think i have this season 0-10 or 1-11 against dragon priests in ranked..lol..i prefer playing against any other decks than this mess(defeated renolocks reno mages and pirates lots of times),but dragon priests and occasionally paladins are difficult for me.havent seen any rogues lately

I play midrange.i dont play too aggresively but try to have enough minions on board.but this drakonid is too powerful.
