Remember all this talk about the matches being 'rigged'? I'm not saying they are, because I have no 'proof', how could I ever have? But my experience tells me that if you play a Highlander deck, or a deck containing Steamcleaner, you will face Plague DK shitloads more than without. Putting him in E.T.C., Band Manager won't help. Try playing 10 games and comment your own experience.
If this is just me, I probably need to see a doctor.
Just like every other modern game primarily using matchmaking for its PvP Hearthstone utilizes a player retention algorithm rigging games against you or in your favor. I am baffled that people are still unaware of this near universal practice of the video game industry.
Yes I did. This is a topic I've seen pop up a few times on here and on other forums for other games and every time people seem completely unaware of how video game companies fix their matchmaking to retain player engagement so they are more likely to spend money. Figured I might as well drop in here and explain on what is going on, the disinfo and misinfo and general misunderstanding on this topic is abundant.
So in a conclusion I'm right? If that's the case, we can close this thread.
Nope. The person initially replying to you has given you zero evidence of his sweeping statement, but you are ready to accept his claim of things being "rigged" because that's how you feel too. And neither of you have any evidence, you are going off "feels".
And that happens every time this topic comes up. Disinfo and misinfo, indeed.
There's never been any evidence of Hearthstone being rigged in whatever way, except to serve you an opponent that has a similar win/loss rate against similar opponents than you do. That says nothing about decks or specific cards or anything, just any opponent.

I've run a Sludge Lock deck with Steam cleaner in it basically since Showdown was released and I have not seen any abnormal amounts of Plague DKs during any of that time.

I faced lots of secret mage in Wild so I made a deck with all anti-secret tech. Never faced another secret mage again. Once I switched decks, the 2nd match back I faced secret mage. Take from this what you will.
I've been playing Hearthstone nonstop since beta and i have spent 0€ on the game.
I also went infinite in arena back in classic and didn't waste my dust, so i basically never need to spend money on anything.
What I'm getting to is that Blizzard would have absolutely no reason to ever give me favorable matchups, and yet i do get them often enough.
Do you want to know what correlation i actually have noticed with when i get those matchups? It happens whenever i spend the time to figure out what the actual metagame is, as opposed to just looking at a tier list for 1 second, or simply winging it.
OP: To answer your question, yes this game is 100% rigged. From MMR, to the opponent's decks you face, to the cards you draw, to your top draw, down to the discovery pool.

Edit: 10 games with and 10 games without = 20 games.

You are right, not every one playing games are aware of this.
Edit: Baffled is: you play games a lot more than anyone else.
Edit 2: Are you saying it's rigged?
Edit 3: You created a new account, just to post this.
Yes I did.

I never said I had evidence, neither did 'Saggen'. I even said the opposite; how could I ever have? I explained my experience.
No one posting here has done what the thread was asking for; comment your experience.
Thank you 'InfinityRocketPlastics' for making the first relevant replay to this post. I and agree to your point about good and bad luck.

If this game was NOT rigged, there would be players with constant 90-100% win rates. Do we have players with constant 90-100% win rates?
blizz doesnt care about HS that much to invest in rigging system
