Well I would say Mill Rogue because milling your opponent is always satisfying (in a psychotic sort of way), but unfortunately Coldlight Oracle has been shelved to that place that Blizzard doesn't care about. So for Standard I would suggest Tespionage Rogue, it's like Miracle Rogue... only more focused on RNG thanks to Academic Espionage and despite what the name suggests Tess Greymane isn't required at all (in fact you could just replace her with one Augmented Elekk and the deck would probably perform better).
Brian Kibler made a lot of people aware of the deck. HERE is a link to his video explaining the deck. It's a lot of fun, only deck that rivaled this amount of fun was Evolve Shammy. So if you're looking for a good deck that can either swing you the game or cost it for you in one turn and you're not that uber into going ham winstreak to legend, then I'd suggest Tespionage Rogue. Enjoy ;)
I would recommend to not spend any dust right noe in a month a new expansion will be released
This too. Expansion will be revealed this coming Friday 02/11/2018. If nothing catches your eye (or the theme just doesn't tickle your fancy) then I would suggest you look at decks to craft. All up to you of course.

I took a 2 year break and would like to climb the ladder again. I have 7000 dust.
"Top Decks" shows Odd Rogue as the highest win rate now. Is that the one to build?

Wish I knew, I just built Odd Rogue for about 3k dust. Thanks all

When do they take cards out of rotation?
Answered my own question.
Card set rotation schedule[edit | edit source]
Following the release of Whispers of the Old Gods in April 2016, all cards from sets released in 2014 have been removed from Standard format, namely Curse of Naxxramas (July 2014) and Goblins vs Gnomes (December 2014).
Following the release of Journey to Un'Goro in April 2017, Blackrock Mountain (April 2015), The Grand Tournament (August 2015), and The League of Explorers (November 2015) have cycled out of Standard.
Likewise, when The Witchwood went live, Whispers of the Old Gods (April 2016), One Night in Karazhan (August 2016) and Mean Streets of Gadgetzan (December 2016) were rotated out of Standard.
When the first 2019 expansion goes live, Journey to Un'Goro (April 2017), Knights of the Frozen Throne (August 2017) and Kobolds and Catacombs (December 2017) will rotate out of Standard.
