I looked at this card originally and I thought, you know, it's a card, and you play this card. The card will be that card that you play so you're playing a card. So, it is one thing to play a card. If you're opponent doesn't really have any cards, the card will screw up the card pretty hard, and that means it's a pretty good card.
I like this quite a lot. Don't even need to give it Dshield again for it to be good. However, I do feel like the health is a bit high. But if Water Elemental exists, I guess this card can as well.
Definitely too strong right now, 1 more mana or 1 less health and I'd say it's okay. Reads more as a 5 mana card to me, particularly because Paladins are already set for 4 drops.

Freeze on hit doesn't cost stats. Divine shield does. So it needs to 3/5 at most. Or 5 mana. Yeah I think 5 mana would make it cost-balanced.
