Like Petchey said, I'd try doomguard or argent commander. Doomguard is better if you find yourself usually using it as a finisher - the discard battlecry doesn't matter then, as long as you sequence right (ie soulfire first, so less chance of discarding what you need). If you find yourself needing a charge minion to get through taunts or trade, as often or more than as a finisher, go with argent commander for trade value without the discards.

I'd encourage you to experiment and let us know actually. The deck list can still be improved, at least according to people who know more than me. So try different things in his place and see how they go.
