I use 1 hex 4 the idiot times I have a useless hex in hand and i need to play a minion and hex isnt worth using on a lower minion or etc. thats why i like to use one of it i know its right to have 2 but thats my fetish if i can say it like that. Also i wanted to create an unique deck , i hate the idea that u ladder with someones else net deck. THats why i thought of anestral with injured master turn 2+ coin 4 7 with taunt, then i can revive it, also conbo rockbitter doomhammer 4 10 demage, or spitefull smith. I appreaciate your help tho
the problem of the deck is that the cards got not much sinergie between them. ancestral and injured blademaster combo is quite week we are not a priest able to heal it back in any other way, and ancestral healing would have no other valuable target. wf maximum one, most of the time is only a finisher. i do see only 3 good target for ancestral spirit, so i would take it out. the spiteful smith with only one weapon is kind of week.
now you got 7 places free, feel free to chose what you want , i would recommend earth shock 1 or 2 and maybe second hex, the creepers can also be quite strong, but each one his taste.
if you want a mid range deck follow keelven instrunctions, i got an aggro shaman quite successful i tried this season (i only called it agro shaman rank 5)
I don't get theBaron Geddon he is destroying you're other minions, and totems. And its not like he is helping your cards unlike a warrior deck, that have executes, acolytes of pain, armorsmith. And he is to slow to take down rush decks.
Thats the old deck, And i used geddon to get an advantage when my board was clear/and get range of lightiming storm, anyway old and broken tactic check out the new ones
Im kind of experimented with shamans so i would say what i find wrong with your new deck but keep in mind is just my opinion.
You have too many combos inside your deck making it less reliable, for example injured blade master is awesome if you manage to pull the ancestral healing combo but if you dont have him in the field ancestral healing becomes a very expensive taunt because in a class like shaman every card you have in the hand should count for board control, other thing is that you refuse to pick another hex but you have one of the worst cards to have in the hand if you cant use to win, windfury is just awful if you use it in a minion to hit 2 times another minions, windfury doesnt change the fact that your minion is using his health to attack 2 times so technicaly you added 0 value to the board for 2 mana and a card, other cards are worth experimenting but not that strong, frostwolf warlord is a weaker version of the sea giant, spiteful smith is too slow if you dont have way to enrage it (warrior has whirlwind, deathbite and taskmaster) ragnaros is better in control decks because with shaman when you need a finisher you cant trust in RNGesus every time and iron beak owl is just not that good when you have the option of earthshock that scales with spell power totem and the ever present azure drake in the shaman decks.
my recomendation is to try another deck, you can build your own but as keelven already suggested shaman has a staple core for the midrange archetype, 2 hex is a must because you are running into the handlock quite often and believe me theres no other good way to deal with their 8-8 giants on turn 4 unless you have a couple hexes hanging around your deck. I would list you the core most often used and later you can experiment with the cards you have( if you are lacking any of the cards i highly recommend it to craft it asap):
and last a popular mana curve for the midrange shaman that you can use as guide to build your new deck
Thanks, friend, im thinking of tryng mostly what u said but just throw a rindavere there and make a deathrattle one better if i see this one is kind of a fail.
There is no such time as an idiot time for hexes. just sit on it til you need it. USE 2 OF THEM. I get why you want an original deck, but there is a reason why certain decks are mass duplicated in certain metas, they work. Shamans have a hard enough time getting ahead, dont make it harder than it has to be for yourself. you said you were stuck at 18, maybe now isnt the time for innovation. also looking at your new deck, its not that good, its pretty abominable. Shamans have the best spells/removals of any class. for instance instead of using 2x earth shock you are using 1x ironbeak owl, why? thats just one of the many issues with this deck. but others have given advice and it is all good. you need to make the changes given from some sagely Shaman players
So the first one is my new shaman deck.
The Second One is My old one.
I was rank 14 with my old one and with the new im stuck for a few days at 18 even tho i think its better.
Can somebody tell me detailed oppinions about it and what they think is wrong in it?
Also if anybody has any doubt of why a card is there i can explain what i thought in what certain conbos thanks.
From left To right right The left one is my new deck^^ U can see it in the value cards too
