So for mi second arena this expansion i got octosari in one of the picks, and i thought it would be fun to try it out. I got 12 wins that run, and Octisari carried me all the way, 9 of the victories were thanks to him, and the two losses were because priest entombed octosari. That card is sooo good in arena! I ll see if i find a way to use it in Wild or standard. I expected Octasari to be a fun and interesting card, at least in arena it is broken, we will see in other formats.
It won't be anything to do with the game, it will be because the new owners have no interest in the fansites. They were only after the wikis under the Gamepedia brand.
This is misleading information. Hearthpwn (property of the same owners) is doing strong and will continue to receive fan attention as long as HS does.
Diablofans on the other side won't have much Diablo related content due to D3 being in a maintenance mode. While such website could very well be run with little costs while gaining revenue, the current owners just do not want to bother with trifles. This however opens up possibilities for new projects to come on its place.
this expansion? i got the 2 preorder bundles . most expansion i only take the preorder bundles. and some bundles offered after. Personally i invested a lot on the Beta era. i have like half of the classic legendaries in gold and like 1/3 of classic cards in gold from opening packs. Normally i am sitting in 50k of dust, varying around 5k, and when over 60 i splurdge in a golden wild deck . last one is murlocs
I did a run where i got the 1 mana spell that gives a quest reward and i had vargoth. and each game in turn 4 or 5 i was casting vargoth with it for double quest reward.
I was playing a control murloc shaman in wild the last months ( with quest reno, shuderowck, hagatha, neptulon and others.) and once i saw the power of underbelly angler i dropped the reno , neptulon package and went with double of most good murlocs.
One think i saw is that underbelly angler is just too powerfull. as a 2/3 if i want to play it for tempo turn 2 is great. if i just go with 1 minion on 3 is great. if i get one from megafin is gg. in late game i can play it with ghost light angler and it is a better poseidon.
It even makes a powerfull tier 2 deck on standard (53-54% winrate).
what i fear is that in the actual state it would limit other fun murloc cards like murloc tastyfin.
in my opinion it should be like the old buzzard a 2/1. i would still play it but i ll think twice before using it and it would not be a tempo play anymore.
Personally it depends in which format, for wild the bigger winner is shaman, with the murloc package strengthening the already tier 2 shaman murloc deck.
Rogue cards are great for standard and wild.
But the one i think enjoys more of rotation is warrior as it keeps more of his good cards compared to another clases And the one suffering more from rotation is the poor warlock had nothing decent in the last 3 expansions... Maybe solarium zoo deck might be his only redemption.

any link to the news? really interested in reading about them.

personally both are quite cheap if you go to the low end. my new smartphone costed me 200$ and the computer 225$.
I prefer the computer experience as your eally see the cards and there is less of missunderstanding by the software of which cards you want to play.

do not play today, when something new comes things go buggy and the servers go crazy, come back tomorrow to play.

Also we are not alone. Curse also killed this week MTGSalvation, a magic the gathering forum that was going for 15 years.

also curse closed another major card site.
MTG salvation a 15 years site...
