Every other class got a x2 boost (x1.5 for the Hunter, it will be OP at x2, x infinit for Warlock) and we get whet ? A x1.25 boost...
We got th 1/3 for 4 weapon, now this, Blizzard hates rogues, nothing more to say... ^^
Anyway I will keep on playing it just to go against their will ! ^^
How we get a x1.25 boost? Instead of dealing 2x1 (=2) damge with your dagger, you deal 2x2 (=4) damage, thats exactly x2 boost just as anyone else. + If you take into account the synergy with blade flurry and possibly with some pirates if they get viable with new cards this hero power gets really good...
You are thinking of the power as 2 turn thing, with the inspire tech you have to think of it as a one turn use and some times even twice a turn use.

You have to waste your 6-spot for a 6/3 minion, just to have 1 extra dmg late game. In compensation Rogue's worst opponent Warrior gets 4 armour each turn. R.I.P. Rogues.
Unplayable. The stats/ability is too low value, for all classes.
It might see play in CW where 4 armor every turn is a lot of value. But for Rogue a 2/2 weapon is underwhelming. It would have been MUCH better to just make the card transform the hero power into the old rogue hero power that existed during beta days :
"if you have a weapon equiped it gives it +1 attack this turn (this weapon can be a wicked knife or sth else). If you have no weapons equiped then it equips you a wicked knife."

How about:
"Equips a 1/3 Morgul Dagger.
"If Morgul Dagger's already equipped, then add +1 damage for this turn,
and +1 durability"
Small buff, unaltered, equiv of Mech Barber's,.... But buffs from DP or Oil etc. could be maintained on it indefinitely.
THAT would be worth playing!!
