This is the list I'm currently using. I'm comparing it to https://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/galakrond-priest-10-legend-tictac-ashes-of-outland/ this list and I do see some things I like about it, the Veilweaver/Apothesis thing is really sick, and there's a lot of cool things that Mindflayer can copy, but I can't help but feel this list still isn't quite where it should be. With all these minions you get from the button, is 2 Thoughtsteal really needed? Is Lazul? Fate Weaver I find to be a very clunky card, even though it can be a 3/6 body when you just can't find the stuff to Invoke. Do you really need the Artificers? 4 AoE in the deck is surely enough, even though Penacing with them can be sweet... though it also leaves your board open if you have one, which can suck..
What else could you do? Holy Smite for extra earlygame and more Veilweaver procs? Shadow Word Ruin in case a really big early Druid board pops up? Another Shadow Madness? The card really is that great in the earlygame that I'd consider running two. Another Veilweaver, is that too meme dreamy? Another Apotheosis? Absolutely insane if you can catch it in the right board state...
Just looking for some ideas... I think there's a lot of untapped potential and refinements yet to be made to this archetype. Any other ideas?
I run colbot spellkin in my gala priest list to get more target spells for vailwever which is insane btw. I don't like penance as much as other people do although i have yet test it with artificer yet. i like shadow word pain more then death because its good in bad mach ups like rouge where you can punish a turn 2 shadow jeweler and is better then penance in many mach ups like palidn and rez priest.
fwi 2 shadow madness is a must and is way better then breaths because you can steal most primes and you already have holy nova to deal with aggro decks where you are already favored.
Jacky i more thing: 2x plague of deaths is overkill 1 is fine unless you expect to face a lot of ramp druids. also 6 board wipes is kinda over kill regardless of how good the are with artificer i just run the 2x holly nova 1x soul mirror, and 1x plague. the resin for this is as a priest we have a favorable match up vs aggro and this leads me to my last point is
the priest class main weakness as a class is coming up with 30 damage so we should focus more on the late game.
Oh the usual problem of having 40-45 cards that fit reasonably well in a deck and having to trim them down to 30...
Some thoughts:
-Is it really worth occupying 1 slot for an Acidic Swamp Ooze? It's clearly just a tech versus DH but what with only 1 in the deck it is not very likely that you will be able to play it when they play their 1/2 weapon early in the game and the other weapon (Warglaives) is often played end spent immediately by attacking 4 times a minion -As someone said above, 2 Plagues of Death is a bit of an overkill. 4 AoE damage spells and 4 board clears (Plagues, Galakrond, Soul Mirror) + 2x Time Rip + 2x Shadow Word: Death is more than you would ever need in a matchup (plus you will get more spells from Renew and from Veilweaver if you run it) -Fate Weaver: you are right about it, I've had more than a few times opponent Priests just dropping this as a plain 3/6 against me. All in all a bit too situational as a card. -Shadow Word Ruin: even more situational, I wouldn't include it.

I've been climbing with Galakrond Priest for this past week (currently stuck at Diamond 2-3), and while similar I have a few alternative cards than the OP. First of all, I was unimpressed with Mo'arg Artificer and dropped him in favor of Bloodmage Thalnos (also "Spellpower with added Card Draw), and Archivist Elysiana (winning mirrors). I'm also not running Thoughtsteal, but Khartut Defender instead to survive longer, this could be changed back with I stop facing as much Warrior as I do. Similarly I'm running Bone Wraith, as even more defensive cards. This more anti-Aggro approach was why I added Elysiana, otherwise I would get outvalued in very slow games (albeit it has to be said that win or lose in mirrors highly depend on RNG).

I found my remedy at last, and now my guiding star is shining; and when my present becomes my past, I realise, that every cloud has a silver lining!
