It is probably working as intended. Its just not intuitive based on the inconsistent text that Blizzard is famous for. Loatheb should probably read "Enemy spells cost 5 more until your next turn" but its most likely just that Time Warp does not actually add a new turn and its just coded to reset the current turn and draw you a card.

What's the deal with this interaction? Loatheb's battle-cry effect lasts for TWO turns if you cast your quest after Loatheb is played.
Is this intentional? Makes zero sense to me (and also ruined my Wild ladder win streak).
im guessing its coded like freezes so it actually works until that player next turn, and since you skip his turn it does not wore off.
