You have Sylvanas Windrunner and small minion on board. Opponent has empty board and it's his turn. He steals ur minion with Shadow Madness or Potion of Madness then he kills ur Sylvanas Windrunner and you steal back ur minion. And then what? Does it stay on ur side or back to opponent at the end of turn?
The minion stays on your side. The coding of the effect makes it go to the side of the opponent until the end of the turn. When the turn ends, the minion goes to its original controller, I.e., you. Stuff like that is usually intuitive and doesn't require much thought to know how it would work out.

Sylvanas steals the minion. Her deathrattle happens immediately upon death, and the temporary steal lasts until the player ends his/her turn.

the minion stays on ur side as it was supposed to those spells only last 1 turn
add me on Battle.net if you want to test it out
Did it ever happen to you though? It has to be a 3 or less attack and 6 or more hp minnion for this to happen..
Anyway it isn't coded as "switch sides" at the end of the turn.. it would be a known counter to a popular card then..
