Defias Ringleader and Shadowstep x2  is good for 12 damage turn 1 with The Coin or 10 damage turn 2 without

Use Shadowstep and a Rager for 10 damage and only 4 mana

Captain is great when pulling 3 x 2/2s with taunt and charge doing 9 damage for 3 mana and only 1 card

Patient Assassin is the cheapest removal card in the game for any taunt minions as far as I can tell.  Shadow Strike is another great removal card in this deck.
