Hello,

I'm playing Hearthstone on and off and have been on the Warlock path for a couple of years now. Coming back to it little over a month ago I was introduced to Wild and upon realization that most of the Handlock core cards are now obsolete I came here.

I just wanted to share this deck as I've had success with it recently. The name "Hunter Killer" derives from my win ratio against, an outrageous 90 % - the only real losses suffered from misplays on my part or incredibly unlucky draws and no Defile. Having tried the Hunter deck myself recently I can see the advantage is due to the amount of control and pressure from high value minions that are put on the board which basically forces Hunter to trade. On one side it prevents me from Snowballing too much but on the other hand there's nothing left for the opponent to attack face with and even if happens Tar Creeper and  Earthen Ring Farseer provide quite the amount of endurance.

Likewise Evolve Shamans are in for a painful reminder about why Control Warlock doesn't care about RNG when it comes to minions like Mountain Giant.

Hard Counter for this deck is Priest with you-know-what. Versus Quest Mage it's 30/70 and highly dependent on top decking/sheer luck to kill him before anything major happens.

Murloc Paladin's may get a good starting hand or not but generally due to the amount of board clears available they usually concede at the 6th or 7th turn when they run out of cards (or so they should at least..). Other Paladins, not so much, those games usually last for a while but in my deck's favor.

Against Rouge this deck is slightly favored but commonly ends up too close for my taste as generally Rogue players might have a lot of experience and knowledge which allows them to play around anything they expect Warlock to do.

Mirror Matches are somewhat problematic, clearly for that I miss specific cards that other Locks do utilize and am highly suspectible to Twisting Nether myself when in control of the board but I'd say it's pretty much Lotto except for Mill Warlock which is a pain in the ass :D

Warrior and Druid are annoying to play against but aren't exactly impossible either - I haven't seen as many tho due to the recent nerfs so I don't worry about it.

I just wanna remind you again, this deck counters is supposed to counter Aggro and can be used when encountering a lot of Aggro in ladder, a week ago I had mostly Hunters for a couple of hours or so and that's where I shined and climbed, against other Control decks it doesn't fair well. Yet it's provided me with hours of fun and people adding me to BM and it's not even due to Lich King RNG so yeah :)

As with all Control Warlock decks, care for the learning curve, this isn't an instant win just by putting it together. One missplay, even against Hunter, can cost you the game, from time to time I found myself playing too greedy, figuring I'd wait another turn for clearing and then suddenly they'd buff their minions and well.. you know where this is heading.

There's some cards that I play rarely, Faceless Shambler comes to mind.Lich King is up for debate too as usually I only play him when desperate even though he has won me a lot of matches too. I might get rid of 1 Mortal Coil. Lastly I've also been thinking about replacing 1 Tainted Zealot with Kobold Geomancer, the reasoning being the amount of high health minions played in the current meta I would prefer Bloodmage Thalnos for sure but I don't have it and don't want to spend Dust now.

Anyways, if you want to give it a shot good luck :)
